Without raising minimum wage, there are fewer and fewer consumers that can afford to buy your product. I am glad you finally accept that.

The ceo gets more than the workers is another stupidity argument that we cannot control. Yeah we raised the minimum wage but the progressive party will keep yelling until the business owners can’t do anything

Your basing all this on the assumption that the business cannot afford to raise wages. That the x amount of profit earned should not be shared with those whose labour produced that wealth, but instead is kept among only those who own the production,

assumption is free market sets highest possible wage and lowest possible price. If you doubt it for one second try going into business and offering a lower wage and higher price than competition. Can you predict what would happen? Liberalism simply lacks the IQ to understand capitalism; that's the only reason liberalism exists. You might say its the ignorant POV. So sad for our country!

What a silly assumption to make. When one only needs look at the wage disparity and out right illegal activity of some buisnesess. Understanding capitalism is not the issue. Wondering why some capitlaists think magic runs their philosophy is. Your country already is sad.

I don't think in the long term that's what will happen. You may see an uptick in your actual wages but because of all the undermining that's been done to the ACA - insurance costs will go up an average of 10% and yes bigger deductible. The tax cuts you see now - are going to be phased out in 5 years or less.
Good paying union jobs are being lost right and left. Jobs get outsourced to other countries because of wages - not taxes. The other loss is to automation. Why pay a worker who wants a pee break and a coffee break and OMG they want to eat lunch when they can oil a machine.

great point!! so we should raise everyone's wages 100% so everyone can afford to buy more products and make the economy boom!! Is this what the liberal wants?
 
Let’s me give you two individuals in the same company and explain why should I rearward the both workers

Example A Mathew F. Started his first job and he started out $11.00 and Mathew is boosting his own way and getting rises

Example b is tomi and she has been lazy and she doesn’t really do anything as possible but she wants a raise? Why should we reward her like tomi

This is a great example of thinking up stupid ways of doing things and then insisting it has to be done that way.

The arguement of giving anyone a raise is based on their performance.

That would also include the employer who in this case fails to perorm his duty of motivating the workers to get the best out of them.

You come up with some arbitrary percentage of how much to raise wages. A ridiculous amount given only because you can only think of stupid ways of doing things and then insist it has to be done that way.

You, along with a few others here seem to think it a crime to pay a worker what they are worth.
