How many times must I tell you. There's this place over here with 735 million people ALL WITH A NATIONAL HEALTH CARE COVERAGE CONSIDERED AMONGST THE BEST IN THE WORLD.

So, if you have free medical care in the US, consider yourself Extremely Lucky - only Members of Congress, the PotUS and Supreme Court are covered aside from the military services* ...
