Leahy, Tim Scott, and Rand all called to win according to 538. And update(ish) to the early shooting thing, apparently 2 polling places part of the lockdown, with an official telling people via twitter to vote at alternate polling places (people currently at the location can still vote of course).

Those counties reporting voted R in the last election. Most of Northern Florida did.

HRC was doing well in GA but did not put time nor money, other States were higher priority

If the black vote were reliable Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi would be blue states.

Which counties usually report early in Georgia--those surrounding Atlanta or more conservative rural areas?

Trump's lead in Florida is only getting bigger. 5.5% with 17% in.
