Using special crap on your beard is gay. I also don't have a beard because women likes it, so I don't really give two ****s about the second part.

The second part is re: women's lack of enjoyment if your face is all scratchy. But I sincerely doubt you've been ever been down on a woman anyway which is the real reason it doesn't matter to you.

And if it gets long enough it can be considered beard over stubble, consider beard oil/conditioner etc, but that's more dependent on the individual beard.

Not at all actually. It's been that way for longer than you have been alive. It's just that millennial girly boys think girly things are manly now.

The second part is re: women's lack of enjoyment if your face is all scratchy. But I sincerely doubt you've been ever been down on a woman anyway which is the real reason it doesn't matter to you.

Simply put, I don't adjust my views on the world or myself simply because a woman disagrees. If you adjust your body because of a woman then you have no balls and no will to live your life as you want. If however you wish to be the bitch of your woman then do so.

You're presupposing that Henrin would perform a task solely for the enjoyment of someone else and gives him nothing.

I will speak for my wife and prior girlfriends: Clean shaven or a neat 5 o'clock shadow. Of course that would be a biased sample, since they found me attractive, lol.

The longer beards are in now, so maybe it's different. I got married ~18 years ago.

No, the difference between us is that I (like most other people) derive no small measure of my own happiness from seeing/bestowing happiness in others. In all walks of life.

I had a full beard when the missus and I met. Kept through our dating years and probably the first 5 years of marriage. Went clean shaven for a while and now have goatee that I shave off every once and a while from boredom.

She definitely prefers the facial hair and makes that plain to me every time I shave it off.

But the study found:
In the study published in the Journal of Evolutionary Biology, it was found that every single woman out of the 8,250 surveyed said that they preferred men with some facial hair. (Be it a bit of scruff, a full-on beard or something in between.)

They probably associate beards with maturity/success. That is my assumption at least. As I guy, I personally distrust other men with beards for some reason. The only people I distrust more on looks are men with mustaches.
