The doctor cant discuss a patients health problems without consent.

Whatever it takes to score a point for President "Bleach, hydroxychloroquine, UV keister light" Trump.
Patient is anonymous ... and dead.
He has a family.
That's true. He was very very foolish and paid dearly for it. It's still sad. We're all foolish sometimes. I'm always sorry when a young life is snuffed out. I hope, at least, that his death will have a sobering effect on others who think nothing can happen to them and indulge in risky behaviors.
People who don't have underlying conditions can die of COVID.
Woman In 20s, Man In 40s With No Underlying Health Conditions Among 16 New Coronavirus Deaths In Dallas County – CBS Dallas / Fort Worth
Clark County reports 7th COVID-19 death, 1st without underlying conditions
One in 11 Covid-19 deaths did not involve underlying health conditions, ONS statistics show | London Evening Standard
It's true that people with underlying conditions are far more likely to die, but those without are not safe. I've never understood this talking point anyway. There are millions of people with underlying conditions. Are their deaths less significant because of that? Do they have less impact on the economy?
Still anonymous ...
If a doctor wants to use a dead patient as an example for something, he/she better disclose all relevant information or that finger-wagging is totally moot.
(moot: having little or no practical relevance, typically because the subject is too uncertain to allow a decision)
Did I dispute that?!? All I did was to question whether the doctor gave us all of the relevant information. Obviously not, and you are upset because you don't have it either.
"Don't go to COVID parties", is finger wagging?
The finger-wagging is: "Appleby warned that the virus "doesn't discriminate" and encouraged the public to wear a mask and stay home as much as possible."
Did I dispute that?!? All I did was to question whether the doctor gave us all of the relevant information. Obviously not, and you are upset because you don't have it either.
Over 138k dead and that is what you come up with.
You have to understand the underlying fear.....WANTING to believe that some 30 year old who died had an underlying condition..............so it doesn't threaten you.
Not bad, only 3 posts in and trying to diminish covid.
Trump would be proud of you.
30-year-old dies after attending 'COVID party' thinking virus was a 'hoax'
‘I think I made a mistake’: Man dies after COVID party
A 30-year-old died at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio after attending a so-called COVID party.
"I think I made a mistake. I thought this was a hoax, but it's not."
Those were the final words of a 30-year-old patient who died at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio this week after attending a so-called "COVID party," according to the hospital.
Dr. Jane Appleby, chief medical officer for Methodist Hospital and Methodist Children’s Hospital, said in a recorded statement that the unidentified patient told nurses about the party, which she said is hosted by someone diagnosed with coronavirus.

So sad they listened to the lie that the virus was a hoax. Sad for the family.
People need to smarten up. Many of the new cases are young people now, the virus has apparently mutated to a stronger one that can now affect younger people that have no other health problems.
Please people....take this seriously.
I knew a guy who had no underlying health conditions and died of a heart attack at 35.
**** happens. Just not in any significant numbers. Like people under 60 dying of COVID.
Did I dispute that?!? All I did was to question whether the doctor gave us all of the relevant information. Obviously not, and you are upset because you don't have it either.
He died from Covid 19.
Your issues are what?
Should be none
He told the people attending he had Covid 19.
People who attended made an informed decision
Fair enough on the legal side. But I would still call it moral responsibility even if the other person consented to the risk. The infected party thrower is still knowingly responsible for the deaths of his guests regardless of whether they consented to the risk or not. It was his or her irresponsible decision that directly resulted in the victim's death.
thinning out the gene pool... good.
Off you go, then.
The person throwing the party I am sure is emotionally distraught over it. But he was upfront over it, everyone made an informed decision. The person who died is the one who decided to go to the party and he holds in my opinion 100% of the responsibility. Had the host not informed people of his being infected, then he would hold a good 80% of the responsibility.
