Well, Ayn was on Medicare at the end of her life. John Galt did not cover her expenses.

Even better, Grover Norquist’s group took between 150-300K... and their entire platform is railing about government handouts.

It took me a really long time to learn this, but it's abundantly clear to me that Republicans, conservatives, and libertarians never really believed the ideology they were promoting. It was always about their selfish political interests. They are okay with the government interfering in the economy so long as that intervention benefits the "right" people. It was always just one big scam to prevent non-white people from receiving government assistance.

Republicans, conservatives, and libertarians are fakes and hypocrites.
