Louisville doctor arrested for assaulting teens over social distancing

It is to save their own life first... they have to get it in order to transmit it to their parents...

now, what does "nobody" mean?

Far more effective than no enforcement. Nearly every night on the news we see crowds of first responders (mostly FDNY) on NYC streets standing very close together with partial (if any) PPE cheering (and sounding sirens for) the wonderful job that NYC medical care personnel (at shift change) are doing. This is on the news for all to see how seriously these "heroes" are taking "social distancing" - no wonder many of them are calling in sick or have COVID-19.

well, that's not me. i did the stay at home thing for me, my family, my parents, my in-laws and my friends all at the same time. and it wasn't a one way street (for all i knew i could have been infected at work/gym/etc and just hadn't showed symptoms yet.

what does "nobody other than" mean? it appears you were doing one of those "never" and "always" things that backfire.

What back fired was my lack of placing comma's.

These people are exposed to C-19 on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. I don't think they're worried about standing next to each other for a few minutes. What they worry about is bringing it home to their families. Many of them don't go home for that reason.

Yet they are in contact with the general public daily without a care in the world - because they are heroes who want to protect, save and serve. ;)

The teens were lipping off to this guy and I'm sure there is a little more to this story than the 27 seconds we are seeing. My guess is somebody deserved to get a little hurt.

It's too bad he didn't come across a small group of adult men standing too close together.
