Putting Jared Kushner In Charge Is Utter Madness

Michael Pence is still running the response team. Jared is working in the background. But hey, he brought peace to the ME! Add Rush Limbaugh to the team and this crisis is over.

Somebody has to make that determination and direct its release.
Its being based upon where its needed.
It us mysterious why a system where the supplies are directed to where they are not needed is to be preferred.

Well, are they actually? Or do governors who lick trump balls getting more than those who do not genuflect?

Is Jared making sure there's enough ventilators on standby for the republican donors should they decide they need them for their kitchen staff and not just all the family members and the butlers and maids?

Are ventilators the currency by which trump will finally buy his way into the Really Rich Guys club? Or is Jared just playing him and when its all over nobody ever invites trump to anything like before?

You didn't put him in charge. Those who voted for him, put him in charge and it's been eating his political opposites alive ever since.

Its eating a bunch of his voters too, as we speak.

Well it certainly didn't lessen your appetite any. I don't take any delight in your delusions.

Well, aren't you just a big bouquet of sweetness?

Who wrote that?

Save your straw for the barn animals.

trump wrote it, with his actions/inactions and dysfunctional, disgraceful words. Florida went to the head of the class when they needed PPEs, as will other gop and swing states;

blue states and Blue cities not so much, as he kills doctors, nurses, and all first responders; trump — first to blame, last to lead

Oh :bs.

Does that mean he’s not OUR pre$ident, when we’re constantly chided by reichists that he’s OUR pre$ident?

Putting Jared Kushner In Charge Is Utter Madness

Trump’s son-in-law has no business running the coronavirus response.

Sit back, close your eyes for a few moments and consider this: failed real estate developer Jared Kushner is in charge of Trumps federal coronavirus PPE/ventilator supply chain.

562 COVID deaths in New York during the last 24 hours. Trump says governors are on their own. This won't end well.

Swallowing NYT and ProPublica propaganda IS sheer madness.

But for you guys swallowing the crap that Trump is feeding you is a delight.
The best you can do is "I know you are but what am I"? Pee Wee Herman turned that into a cliché decades ago.

Do you think either Jared or Ivanka realize how far in over their heads they are? We know Daddy Trump does not but do you think they do?

Does that mean he’s not OUR pre$ident, when we’re constantly chided by reichists that he’s OUR pre$ident?

You'll have to answer your own baited questions.

I have much better matters to attend to...C'ya later. :2wave:

oh, we won't forget who put the unqualified crook in charge.

The Ministry of Truth people in this administration continues to run along without missing a beat however.

Trump administration edits national stockpile website a day after it contradicted Jared Kushner - CNNPolitics

The website of the Strategic National Stockpile was edited on Friday to soften language about how the stockpile is supposed to be used by states -- a day after media outlets reported that the original version contradicted a claim by senior White House official Jared Kushner.

Kushner, President Donald Trump's senior adviser and son-in-law, said at Thursday's coronavirus briefing that states themselves have medical equipment stockpiled -- and argued that "the notion of the federal stockpile was it's supposed to be our stockpile; it's not supposed to be state stockpiles that they then use."

Journalists and others quickly pointed out that the federal stockpile's own website made clear Kushner was wrong.

As of early Friday morning, the stockpile's home page had read: "Strategic National Stockpile is the nation's largest supply of life-saving pharmaceuticals and medical supplies for use in a public health emergency severe enough to cause local supplies to run out. When state, local, tribal, and territorial responders request federal assistance to support their response efforts, the stockpile ensures that the right medicines and supplies get to those who need them most during an emergency. Organized for scalable response to a variety of public health threats, this repository contains enough supplies to respond to multiple large-scale emergencies simultaneously."

These sentences were gone as of Friday afternoon. In their place were new sentences that emphasized that the stockpile is meant as a temporary backup for states' own supplies.

The revised page reads: "The Strategic National Stockpile's role is to supplement state and local supplies during public health emergencies. Many states have products stockpiled, as well. The supplies, medicines, and devices for life-saving care contained in the stockpile can be used as a short-term stopgap buffer when the immediate supply of adequate amounts of these materials may not be immediately available."

Does not answer why he is excited about that prospect.

Maybe he thinks he would make a great president. I am ready for a younger president. Looks like I will have to chose between to people that need to retire and let younger, sharper minds get the train back on the track. Granted Trump has surprised me.

Trump was in charge, then pence, then fema, now kushner.

You're doing a great job browny. Remember that one from W?

Just some thoughts on this pandemic.

It is difficult to understand how this is a national crisis when the media spends 95% of its time on the New York metro area, which includes parts of New Jersey. Occasionally, the media spends a little time on New Orleans and Detroit. The death rate in the rest of the country among the elderly with underlying health issues is normal.

The Trump administration has recommended that every American should wear a mask when in close contact with others. Trump and his crew should practice what they preach. At the daily press conferences Trump and his advisors are jammed together on the small stage in the press room. Shouldn't they be wearing masks ... if it is that important? Just asking.
