True story: Leopards were killing people in many states of India. So wildlife officials captured many leopards and released them in Sanjay Gandhi National Park (Mumbai city).

Mumbai has 20,000,000 people. Next 3 years, those leopards killed 60 people in Mumbai. Move people or animals here and there, there will be problems.

The subway in downtown New York is a huge factor (IMHO) in the number of infected, the subway is almost a perfect machine for rapidly spreading this kind of disease.

Over five million people use it every week day, this number has fallen recently but the subway is still being used, the city is powerless when it comes to the subway.

As an aside i used to live near an AFB in Rome NY, theres a lot of space in those areas though the problem would be with the people ignoring quarantine to go to the ski resorts. Theyre very tempting :).

I see that predictably your post has gotten the usual cries of racism from the resident left wingers. They don't like facts and when facts involve a country, they want to pretend the facts aren't there. I had never given what you said in your post much thought and so I did a quick search to see if there was any validity to it. It only took me less than a minute to find this:

There was a major China Town parade in New York City less than 2 months ago with people like Nancy Pelosi, DeBlasio, the head of the NYC Health Department and others saying as many people as possible should attend and the Corona Virus was nothing to worry about.

This is NOT racism. You lefties need to get off this Orwellian kick of hiding the facts. It is pointing out that this virus came from CHINA and where it hit hardest is the city that has the most Asians.

In the name of PC and not wanting to offend Asians, Pelosi, Schumer, DeBlasio, The head of the NYC Health department and many others encouraged thousands to risk their lives by downplaying the corona virus. The result of their PC?.......THOUSANDS of deaths
