It turns out, our immune systems can do some pretty amazing things.

Bottom line; we don't know. There have been reports of folk becoming reinfected and there is no definitive evidence of immunity being conferred post-recovery.
 
Answer appears to be yes, but there is no rhyme or reason as to who can catch this twice or why.
 
Think I read some people in China were testing positive again after beating it the first time.

I was also reading about when the Spanish flu mutated. The first strain in spring/summer was bad but the second strain which came in September was the deadlier one.
