Trump Is The Worst Type of Leader To Have In A Crisis

I disagree and I think your obsession to shout out every real and imagined slight against the president smacks more of force of habit and partisanship than speaking truth to power.

Fair enough. I call 'em like I see 'em. And I see him as too dangerous to lead the country. He proves it virtually daily. And that's what I see during this crisis.

He's the leader we got though. Most Americans try to put aside their political partisanship during a crisis.

Yeah sure, except Trump!

Let me guess. You probably didn't like President Trump before you stumbled on this HuffPo opinion piece,

Brilliant! I don't like egotistical, spoiled, racist, corrupt liars, that's why I didn't vote for the sleazebag in '16. People who like him are just like him, and guess again....I don't like them either.

Dispassionate leadership is better in a crisis than some emotional reactionary.

You mean leaders who care about other people besides themselves? WRONG! That scumbag took an oath to serve the USA as president, he's served nobody but himself, and his hero Mr. Putin. He's a traitor who violated his oath, put our national security in jeopardy and disgraced the United States with his lies and ignorant tweets and actions. He is a dangerous lunatic and he's putting us all in harm's way.

If we had a leader from your side he would have delayed shutting down travel from China because of "racism" and "xenophobia". Millions more people would have been infected. The economy would never have recovered. On the bright side, you'd have a leader who makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside.
Nonsense. We would have been listening to the science. The experts.

Yes, he's awful. And, IDT, the pandemic is helping his re-election campaign. How can it be, when his lack of concern for seniors is so clear?

Fact: he was warned about the Corona Virus early and refused to take action. That is behind us. What he does now is what matters. Putting the emphasis on getting out testing kits, protective gear, other medical supplies and resources is his job. Releasing workers to go out by around Easter isn't wise. Getting people healthy again is what's the most important. No one is happy about the economic hit we are taking, or it's future plight. But, the economy won't be healthy with huge numbers of people dying either.

I agree with you, and remember, Trump only cares about the economy for self-serving reasons, trying to win reelection. The way he's treated people of color, women, non-Christians, poor citizens, etc. can't be ignored by all those whose life he's turned upside down. I hear of some who voted for him distancing themselves from that moron, and refusing to vote for him a second time. Everyone took a chance last time that he would act presidential and be an adult, take advice from those around him with knowledge and experience....instead he stabbed them all in the back and got rid of them. Hell of a guy his is, just ask him.

He has lead Covid 19 into our midst with his stubborn stupidity. Saying it would go away like a miracle is not leadership and the stench of that statement short-circuited our response in a way that will cost us dearly. It will not be forgotten.

Assume he didn't, so what. The HuffPo piece stands or falls on its own merits.

If we had a leader from our side, she wouldn't have shut down the Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institute of Health, because of a personal vendetta against the previous president. Instead of making decisions based on science and medical experts, Don relies on his gut and hunches. We deserve a president who puts Americans first, rather a one who thinks of himself first. With Don it's all about me, me, me, me, screw America.

When it comes to racism and xenophobia, cult members fall into three groups;

Some agree and believe racism and xenophobia is perfectly ok.
Some choose to ignore it believing the ends justifies the means.
Some are truly unable to even recognize racism and xenophobia when they see it.

He puts America in great danger. His unbelievable sharpie show on the hurricane was just a preview of how he would handle any kind of war. That doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy inside...

Biden doesn't even know where he is and Warren changed her platform as often as she did her panties.

He's the leader we got though. Most Americans try to put aside their political partisanship during a crisis.

But he has failed us and continues to do a poor job.

If someone is a bad leader, and if someone is not doing a good job, wouldn't criticizing that person's inept performance be the bipartisan/non-partisan thing to do?

Yes, if you are a Leftist who as usual wants to use the Human Suffering for your own political gain, than Trump who is orientated toward actually solving problems is a terrible type of leader to have in charge.

He has never once solved a problem.

Let me guess. You probably didn't like President Trump before you stumbled on this HuffPo opinion piece,

another boohoo Trump won bit of butt hurt ranting from a far left propaganda center

Biden doesn't even know where he is and Warren changed her platform as often as she did her panties.
Snort!
Hypocrisy is always Hilarious!
Trump changed his pantries from Democrat to Republican.

Let's be realistic for a second, Trump very likely can't even spell Coronavirus, let alone actually deal with the problem.

And your president is a miserable failure.

How so-we see the "can't get over Hilary lost" crowd saying this but we almost never see a rational argument what he has failed at.

He's the leader we got though. Most Americans try to put aside their political partisanship during a crisis.

Explain that to Trump. Once he stops worrying about himself and his party, then get him to take drastic action to protect our healthcare workers. They need safety equipment, masks, and ventilators

Are you saying he went from serving fish to serving hotdogs?

He has never once solved a problem.

You don't do thing like, Create the best economy in 50 years, destroy ISIS, Beat China in a trade war, get Mexico to start enforcing their southern border for us, without solving lots of problems.
