An association fallacy is an informal inductive fallacy of the hasty-generalization or red-herring type and which asserts, by irrelevant association and often by appeal to emotion, that qualities of one thing are inherently qualities of another.

It hit me in the shower, I mention that on the video. And I am sure that the most surprising part of this entire thing is the fact that I shower! This was a part II, we break em up so ease of watching. Please give it a look, deep down you know we are correct! Won't be long until they find their 'Lee Harvey Oswald', metaphorically. Then it's open season!

...lousy management? Raise the minimum wage and don't reduce benefits for unemployment compensation!

Well I disagree with a minimum wage ever, but I am happy to table that =) Personally, I think the soft war is here, hard war is on it's way, and discussions about unemployment compensation are going to be a bit moot!

I would agree with you more, if wages were outpacing inflation like they should be, instead of racing to the bottom like the right wing prefers, only to complain about a lack of domestic tranquility in our free States.

And, war has nothing to do with free market capitalism; yet, it is what the right wing prefers with their warfare-State economic paradigm.

Well, war is broken window fallacy and I wouldn't say either party is immune to using it. Again, happy to table that as I know folks have very strong feelings on that subject. As to declining wages, not sure that is really a government issue as opposed to a supply and demand issue.

Why do you believe that? Free market capitalism has not existed since the fall of Mogadishu last millennium.

Well considering we know there were russian operatives actually in the US during the 2016 campaign doing all kinds of interesting things, the agent provocateur thing is not just some political spin pulled outta the arse, like trumpsters would have you believe.

If you were Putin or Xi or Kim, why wouldn't you take advantage? Its about safest and cheapest way to wage war on the streets of America with americans fighting their government.
How about the notion of radical racist right wing fascist fringers figuring that this might be their only opportunity to spark their wet dream Race War (RAWA)? Did you notice those good ol' boys going out armed to defend America and statues from evil BLM ers and marxists? you think they are too stupid to NOT try to take advantage of the situation?

This is the conspiracy theory forum after all.

Things are not yet bad enough economically in the US for a hard civil war. People need to be starving first

Been reading your bastiat eh? :)

The right doesn't care enough for the blue states to go to war over it, they would allow the states to separate. The left doesn't have the balls to go to war over red states wanting to separate, so no go there either.

There may be a divorce, but not a hot war.

Really tho, only California needs to go, they would prefer it anyway, and all's well.

Absolutely I have! I recommend it to everyone!

I may no longer be an austrian school libertarian but bastiat had some good takes.

When I hear this talk of a 'civil war' I always wonder just who the proponents of a 'looming civil war' believe will be the 'sides'.

I doubt it. Most teabillies don't have the stomach to destroy everything they own and to give up all creature comforts while the rest of the world swoops in to loot the nation. The dollar would also collapse, taking everything any of us have saved and making it worthless. Civil War wankers are dumb bastards, but i just don't see it. on the other hand, i also don't see liberals starting it. It would be a bunch of Bundy dumbasses shooting off their toes trying to take over a zoo or something. they'd be promptly arrested, their guns would be seized, and they'll probably die of heart attacks in jail.

i should teach a class called Why a Civil War Won't Be Like Your Masturbation Fantasy. I wouldn't even have to prepare much. I could teach it tomorrow.
