The 'paper' that supposedly claimed the virus was manufactured erroneously concluded that certain strands of the HIV virus were inserted. Others have examined this claim and found that 2019/nCoV shares similar proteins to the HIV virus, and although this is supposedly rare, it doesn't indicate it cannot occur naturally.
