Of course she is Bill Clinton's child. There has never been a credible claim that Hillary Clinton ever cheated on Bill.

I thought it was Webb Hubbell or whatever his name was.

A friend of mine was just talking about this last week, and I remember the talk about it years ago. Webb was the family friend, and it does seem Chelsea looks like him.
