How do you tell who is a qannon nutcase? Well it used to be easier. just go to reddit and search for Qannon or the storm or The Donald, but it appears those communities have been shut down. However, they are still really active on 4chan and twitter. Q posts on either 8chan or 4chan. Twitter followers usually have the WWG1WGA hashtag and possibly some stars in their profiles... And they sometimes break out into the real world to attend Trump rallies. They spread baseless conspiracy theories about Democrats.
There also has been some local news stories about Qanon believers being sooo upset and obsessed about these conspiracy theories that people have ended up broke, divorced, and alone. Yet they stay strong believing that "the storm," (where Trump will arrest all of their unseen enemies and all the hollywood pedophiles), is coming.
Qanon believers have been involved in the various acts:
A man accused of murdering his brother with a sword
A man who reportedly threatened to kill YouTube employees
A man accused of murdering an alleged crime boss
An armed man who blocked the Hoover Dam with an armored vehicle
A man who threatened to assassinate Trump.
Supporters of the conspiracy theory have even terrorized a charter school and forced it to cancel its annual fundraiser because James Comey tweeted about it and they thought it was a secret coded message.
President Trump seems to be a fan of the theory and Q-Followers fight to get his attention. Trump has retweeted and even endorsed policies spread by believers in the cult. Remember the MAGAPill website? Yup that was a Qidiot! Remember Trumps voterID idea a few weeks ago? Yup that was a Qidiot!
And I believe that this is one of the first politicians to come and run using Qanon as a platform.
The FBI calls QAnon a domestic terror threat. Trump has amplified QAnon supporters on Twitter more than 20 times.

The FBI in a recent document listed “conspiracy theory-driven domestic extremists” associated with the QAnon conspiracy theory as a “domestic terror threat.” Supporters of the QAnon conspiracy theory have already been linked to multiple threats, attempted acts of violence, and even murders. On Twitter, President Donald Trump has amplified supporters of the conspiracy theory more than 20 times. Trump has also met with multiple supporters of the conspiracy theory at the White House, and a supporter of the conspiracy theory is co-chair of a coalition group for his reelection campaign.
