i said in another thread that we really don't know about Kennedy's health or why he chose now to retire. i take that back. it looks like he retired now so that the orange fool could rush through a nominee before the voters have a chance to change the makeup of the senate. why he did something like that is anyone's guess, but it will cause the SCOTUS to veer right for generations. this will be a big part of his legacy now.
