Proof of Hitler's death?

Israel was also pretty good at finding Nazis, let alone having the top dog running lose for years.

Well, but what if his genetics escaped and were used to make a great many Hitler clones?!

or what if his brain was saved?!

Lol, look who the History Channel is owned by. Are you shocked it's gone full in on conspiracy theories such as Hitler isn't dead, aliens visiting earth, and monsters existing?

I expect "based on true stories" Viking Adventures next. They'll be educating Europe and ushering the Enlightenment.

If he wanted to escape he had the means. Why more didn't escape I can't figure out. Maybe they thought them trying to work out a peaceful surrender would go well for them after the war, not sure what they thought, but if I had any kind of rank I know I'd have packed up my family and left. And by rank I mean any type of officer.

Theres a book about that (I think its non fiction)

It was made into a movie starring Gregory Peck and Sir Lawrence Olivier, eh?

I wanted to make a musical out of it and compose the score, all in the bossa nova and samba styles (I'm a jazz composer )
using a Carmen Miranda styled chick as the heroine, with an overall "Springtime For Hitler" -esque treatment.

Hey, I can dream, can't I ?

Here's an idea for a song.
"There's a hole in my bunker dear Eva dear Eva......"

If he isn't dead then he is 129 years old.

Maybe he could extract life force from other people to extend his own existence.

Doesn't it seem more likely that Hitler escaped and fled to South America with the other Nazi's that fled to Argentina? No corpse of Hitler exists. The skull fragments were that of a woman, and the Russians have shakey credibility.

You ever watch, "Grey Wolf: Hitler's Escape to Argentina." It's done in documentary style. I found it interesting, The History Channel also has a series on called, "Hunting Hitler." He could have taken some underground tunnels beneath Berlin and then flew out. There's plenty of eye witness evidence he escaped, but no hard evidence. The FBI and CIA continued to hunt for him 20 years after WWII.

I tend to believe he shot himself and died inside his bunker. But other possibilities exist. It is just a matter of where one wants to rank them on the probability scale. If you're really interested, watch "Grey Wolf or tune into the history channel. You can watch all the episodes of "Hunting Hitler," on your computer at history.com or start with season one.

Plenty of eye witness evidence?

Plenty of eye witness evidence?

Interviews by the crew with a few old folks living in German communities as they were called in South America and children of those older folks relating what their parents said. A lot of the older folks left Germany either during or right after WWII and settled in different German communities in South America.

This is more or less eye witness evidence whereas I also stated there was no hard evidence. The History Channel folks certainly unearthed several documents from the FBI and CIA showing they were still looking for Hitler in South American for close to 20 years after WWII. How much stock to put into all of this, I suppose it is up to each of us to decide.

Re the documents.

"It looks to me the CIA was skeptical at best about Citroen’s story, which remained uncorroborated and not worth further action. In no way, shape, or form did the agency claim that Hitler survived World War II."

Re the "History" Channel.
After that, though, “Hunting Hitler” becomes just another silly reality show, with a crack team of investigators that almost instantly flits off to Argentina, chasing down leads that, in the first hour, add up to a whole lot of nothing. In fact, if viewers were to take a shot of alcohol every time someone uses a phrase like, “There could have been … ” or, “There’s a chance that Hitler might have come here … ” or, “If there was in fact a bunker …,” they would be plastered by the second or third commercial break.

No, but the point of the movie and of the documentaries were it was possible as interviews with people and the fact both the FBI and CIA kept gathering info just in case. The FBI more so than the CIA. You'd have to watch them.

I thought they were interesting. I also like Ancient Aliens. It doesn't mean I believe them, I'm not the conspiracy type of guy. I believe Hitler shot himself just before the Russians got to his bunker. But it is interesting to me to watch these shows. I enjoy them.

Fair enough.

Good news, everyone! It was actually placed in a shark.
