The LV Shooter

Theory holds that at some point in time he decided to kill himself. The picture of his head and the blood around his mouth indicate that he placed a pistol in his mouth and shot upward with the bullet exiting the upper back part of his skull. Ive seen the pictures but wont post them. OK...I can buy that though there has been no release of information regarding blood splatter. In order for this to have happened the way it is reported he would pretty much had to have been standing. Even prepared for the shot the body would react violently...at the very least falling backward and most bodies when they fall backward to bounce at least a little bit and move. OK...all well and good. So explain his feet. Explain how his foot comes to rest underneath a weapon on a tripod. There are other anomalies...things that SHOULDNT but could have happened...and I'm ok with that. location of his arms...location of he firearm in relationship to the body and right arm. The right arm and location of the firearm (above his head) is rather weird when you consider the physical reality of where the hand and firearm HAD to have been in order to have shot himself. All not quite right...butit could happen.

To me there is only one possible answer and it might not be nefarious. The rifle was set down after her died. Now that could have been as simple as a cop repositioning something after say accidentally tripping on it before the picture was taken.

I could be completely wrong. He could have chosen to lay down on top of a rifle, laid is legs out (with a foot under a rifle), tilted his head back and shot himself. That explains the foot...but then not the location of his right arm and the weapon.


EDIT2: Look where he must have been standing if he shot himself. look at the location of the rifle. If he was holding it when he shot himself it would have fallen...so how does it end up where he is laying? If he wasnt holding it...again...the body falls backwards and bounces...how does his foot end up under a rifle.

I cant see it as possible but I could be wrong.
EDIT: as for the notes meant to show he was calculating wind and distance...thats awesome...for a sniper. WTF is that going to matter to someone spraying a crowd with modified automatic firing?
