Malik Obama shares photo of brother Barack's Kenya 'certificate of birth' - The American MirrorThe American Mirror

An Obama has joined the birther movement.
Malik Obama, Barack Obama’s half-brother, tweeted image of what appears to be Barack’s birth certificate.
Except it’s not from Hawaii, but rather Kenya.

“What’s this?” he tweeted.
The document is from the “Coast Province General Hospital” in Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya, and is for Barack Hussein Obama II, who was born on the “4th day of August, 1961.”

We haven't had enough controversy around here lately.

Moved to proper place before this spirals up into the standard one of these threads

Hm......a guy who vocally supports Trump magically comes up with a supposed "birth certificate" claiming something that legions of morons have been spouting for years.

I'd rank the credibility of this somewhere between zero and nonexistent.
:lamo

The doctor who signed it apparently doesn't exist, but I guess I'm spoiling the fun.

A Wahoo?????

Reading the comments following the article in the link the people who now think this 'tweet' is the real BC are the same people who have been saying the Hawaiian BC is a fake? lol

Sometimes I am embarrassed by my fellow Americans.

2009: FALSE: Obama's Kenyan Certified Registration of Birth

"Another Barack Obama “Kenyan birth certificate” of dubious origin was offered for sale by one Lucas Smith via eBay in August 2009:

kenyacert2.jpg

This document exhibited many of the same red flags as the previous forgery, including its identification of the location of Barack Obama Jr.’s birth as Mombasa, even though that city was very far away from the part of Kenya in which Barack Obama Sr.’s family lived:

The image is part of the extremely ill-informed conspiracy theory that Obama was born in Mombasa — conveniently, one of the more Muslim parts of the country.

This has always been a red flag for conspiracy theorists, so it deserves some explanation <snip> But Mombasa is a city on the Indian Ocean, a thousand miles to the east. It didn’t even have an international airport until 1979.

In September 2009, Orly Taitz attempted to introduce the second “Kenyan birth certificate” in the case of Rhodes v. MacDonald as evidence that Barack Obama was born outside the United States U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land dismissed the complaint and threatened to sanction Ms. Taitz if she filed any similarly frivolous motions in the future:.
...
Plaintiff’s counsel is hereby notified that the filing of any future actions in this Court, which are similarly frivolous, shall subject counsel to sanctions.

A spoof web site, the Republic of Kenya Birth Certificate Generator, allows Internet users to create their very own fake Certified Registration of Birth documents from Kenya."

Or that office fires on the 80th floor, combined with structural damage from an airplane strike, would cause iron to boil for 3 months in the belly of the building.

Oh yeah, I forgot. A nuclear detonation is what really brought down the Twin Towers.

No, you didn't forget that because one cannot forget something one has not acknowledged.

You deny it, not forget it. Being in denial of truth was what your earlier post was about. I was merely pointing out that it works both ways. ;)

Stop hijacking my Obama thread. Capiche?

Oh Jesus Christ. Not this again....

I think, Ma'am, the proper word is still, not again.

This version of the story has been around since at least 2011. This particular version of the certificate comes in two versions, the original and a certified copy.
