If there's not doubt, and it's all documented, and it only takes 10 minutes to verify, then where's the conspiracy?

If what's being done is detrimental then it should be illegal.

The Independence Day congressional recess can produce congressional town-hall meetings.

If you think there's a conspiracy here, attend the meeting. Tell your MOC.

If there's a law against the U.S. federal government's chem-trail record, then prosecute, convict, and punish.

If it's detrimental but not illegal, demand legislation from the Republican controlled federal triune that will criminalize and punish it appropriately.

If neither of that, then what's the issue?

Problem is you have no idea how big the conspiracy is.

We may not have all the information we'd want.

But we don't know nothing about it.

And what we know includes:
- high altitude aerosol dispersal would be extremely ineffective at accomplishing the ostensible objectives the conspiracy allegation implies.

- We know how big it isn't.
Calculating the scale necessary to accomplish the alleged conspiracy objective all we'd need to is determine the minimum per capita dose necessary to accomplish it, and then multiply that out by our ~320 million population.

- Off hand I can't think of m/any psychoactive agents that could be effectively dispersed to a population this size, with the number of aircraft available to a nation this size.

The cloud seeding operation during the Vietnam War ran from March 20, 1967 until July 5, 1972 in an attempt to extend the monsoon season, specifically over areas of the Ho Chi Minh Trail. The operation was used to induce rain and extend the East Asian Monsoon season in support of U.S. government efforts related to the War in Southeast Asia.
