Legal documents are printed on letter sized paper all the time. Just because it's a legal document, does not mean that it has to be printed on legal sized paper.

Well, when I was younger I worked with special needs kids who had trouble with math; fractions were pretty difficult for them to understand and it took a lot of effort to get them through it. Another time in my life I worked with seniors that struggled with dementia, alzheimers, general cognitive decline; I helped them use computers which can be pretty difficult for somebody who has trouble seeing, has trouble hearing, can't remember something you just taught them 20 seconds ago, and has trouble holding focus for more than 5 seconds at a time. But it seems, nothing could prepare me for trying to effectively communicate with Trump supporters.

So lets recap. Trump's legal documents are contained in completely blank manila folders, were not printed on legal sized paper whatsoever, the contents were never shown at all, there are no visual indicators of any kind that any real work occurred or that the entire showcase was not completely superficial.

This is not proof that is was complete bs. However if it were complete bs, it would be entirely consistent with ALL the evidence that has so far been gathered. Show me a single shred of evidence that it is anything but a stack of brand new, blank pieces of paper sitting inside blank folders.

This fiasco and sham remind me of when Nixon went on TV during Watergate and behind him were stacks of ring binders which he claimed would prove him right. What we later found out was some of those ring binders held only a sheet or two of paper in them and lots were padded with blank sheets or sheet after sheet with a paragraph on it.

This is an old trick and Trump seems poised to make us forget the sins of Nixon by topping him in every possible negative way.

Would you have used original documents for a prop? I have no idea of the folders contained blank pages or not. I do see the press taking a very Democratic/left slant to DT actions.

I do find it interesting how so many are attacking Trump for any and everything he does and he is not even in office yet. I am taking a wait and see approach to Trump.
(for the record, I did not vote for him).

Ultimately, who cares?

If somebody comes into your store and waves a gun at you which later turns out to be fake, what does that mean?

In the eyes of the law, nothing. They are still charged with armed robbery, as if it was a real gun.

It is ultimately a politician, in a speech. Who really give a flying frack if it is a real folder with real notes or a McGuffin?

I do not, and it makes absolutely no difference in my life. So I simply refuse to participate in any such nonsense.

And I really have to wonder at those that obsesses over such nonsense.
