This is one of those Zen intuition things. It does not make much difference to me and I dont like him much either way but this is a complicated guy, he is fun to watch.

Biden makes himself vulnerable to it. This isnt a one time incident that is being either correctly pointed out or being skewed. This happens over, and over, and over.

It also wouldnt be the first time he is caught on open Mike telling a 13 year old "If I was a young man..." Could be that the guy just has no social graces when it comes to stuff like this.
