With telekinesis you will find that you merely need to master electromagnetism, but, seeing as how that seems to be hard for many of you, i will teach you now how to make spoons fly and so forth with your heat aura instead of 'real sciences.'

So, you need to observe that hot air rises, yes? this stands to reason that things will move upwards if they are exposed to heat below them. this would mean that to make a spoon fly upwards, they would need a concentration of heat under them, or, that they would need protons to react with electrons faster. this would generate heat, of course, due to friction, yes?

If you want to 'get it up' there, you need to also imagine your heart chakra, which is green, coming together with your blue chakra - third eye or mind. these swirling colors of green and blue need your imagination to stretch towards the object and then envelop it, or, go to the side away from the direction you want to move it to, or, in front, i am not really sure. this electric charge will be provided by your heart, as it powers the nervous system with chemical energy or the beating of the lungs due to nerves being filled with energy that makes the nerves react, yes? if you want to make this even more colorful, you should include your root chakra, which is your spine and where the nervous system actually is, and, then you need to imagine a yellow, green and blue hand holding the spoon or whatever.

This should see you able to do things with the spoon. this energy needs aura too, so, you need to focus on the object and then maybe control them with your hands - i am sure your subconscious will understand upwards, downwards, left and right, yes?

Chakras don't exist.

I am trying to master the brain's responses as i need to organize my thoughts better. this would be where we simply list the areas of the brain and try to discipline them, yes? this would be better pictured with a region of the brain, as, someone has messed with my head and now my spells don't work!

So, we need to focus on the premotor cortex, that much i know. this area of the brain operates on emotions, and, will feel fear when it is messed with, unbalancing the person. then there is the limbic system, which controls emotions properly. this system will be found in the middle layers of the brain, so, we need to produce heat there to cancel these 'charms,' of course. by charms, i mean prayers to the devil, probably, to cancel spells by myself.

... I am supposing that the energy centers would be affected by these curses, and, this would require cleansing of some sort. cleansing comes from heat, of course, as that is the way to get rid of germs too.

So, you need to heat your body up! this would mean you need to exercise or so, and then the charms will 'disappear.' this is because it is bad energy inside of you that needs to be gotten rid of, like with stress, yes?

This also means you need to push the energy up, as heat rises, and bad energy is also 'hot.' if you were to want to cleanse all your "chakras or power centers," you need to sieve out the bad energy, as it is stagnant, harming 'nervous interactions' in the brain. this stagnant energy has faded away into the rest of the body too, making you feel much more down and lethargic, of course.

To get this stagnant stuff out of you, you need to talk to the salamanders, as they are a fire elemental, concerned with energy that will replace the old energy. this is like burning the body clean, of course.
