As this is a forum to say "hi", hi.
I'm a left-coaster, as the name implies, which may make the rest of the handle confusing. RatCon does NOT mean "snitching convict," nor is it denigrating conservatives, rather, it was indicating that I'm a "rational constitutionalist". It was late, I was tired. Never post when you're tired. Especially if you're the President, or a member of Congress. Fortunately, I'm neither, so I can speak my mind, or what's left of it, without fear of censure or retribution. Hopeful I'll be able to live up to the claim of being both rational and familiar with the Constitution, something neither of the previously-named parties appear to be.
So, you now know that I can be snide, but I'm not disrespectful. I take everything with a grain of salt - which is not good for my blood pressure, but it's better than letting things get to me. Unfortunately, I don't suffer fools well, but I can usually just ignore them. Unless, of course, they happen to be President or a member of Congress, or a judge or administrator or dog-catcher or celebrity. Then all bets are off.
The rest we'll figure out as we move along. Thanks for having me. It's nice being had.
