Hi, here to look around a bit and see where I fit in. I'll likely love the music threads the best. I may throw my 2 cents into the political discussions. As a kid my dad always said "they're all crooks" as I get older I see what he means. I also like discussing theology and religion.

I don't have freckles or a horse or a monkey as Pippi Longstocking does. I just like her style.

I am the strongest girl in the world. lol

Thanks Redress. I've been checking out the forum. It's quite large. May take me a bit to settle in.

sock - a garment for the foot and lower part of the leg, typically knitted from wool, cotton, or nylon.
a removable inner sole placed inside a shoe or boot for added warmth or to improve the fit.
a white marking on the lower part of a horse's leg, not extending as far as the knee or hock.

Well, my head is sometimes full of my own air and I like that. Boneheads, we all have our moments. Intellectuals, easy to stump. Bots? sounds fun.

Hi again.

I hope I don't get into trouble for necroing this thread.

It's just that I got into some trouble on another thread and I didn't want to go back there to say apologizes.

I'm not a very good debater on a forum so I might as well stay out of the thick of things and stick with the more lighthearted threads. This is the 4th forum I have been on. I really am debated out. I guess I'm here just more for a social outlet.

This forum runs very fast. Many threads are on the same topics and so I often just can't keep up or even put a word in edgewise. Sometimes while I'm reading a new thread I can't even keep up with the responses that are coming to it even though it just got started. There must be a trick to it, as far as keeping up but I'm just now sort of getting it.

I still haven't' figured out how to start a thread but I suppose that will come.

Thanks for your understanding. There really was no reason for me to come off so strong in my words in the thread that got me a couple rule breaks. If I participate in a heavy debate topic I'll have to slow my roll.

So far I think this forum is fun and the moderators are regular folks.

After you click to enter a forum, at the top there is a button that says "Post New Thread". Click on that and the editor function will load. You can select different editors in your Control Panel.

In the top header of DP there is a link in bright green that says "Forum Rules". Read plz. Those are the Global Forum Rules.

Also, some DP forums have additional rules denoted in a Sticky thread at the top of those forums. It is important that you read and adhere to such additional rules.

It's a fantastic forum Pippi. The Mods here are unbiased and do a fantastic job.
