Hello Everyone. Look what the cat dragged in. A guy hoping to find a civil message board about politics on the internet. Yeah right, and the pigs do fly?! Well, maybe they do. I firmly believe we're not yet past the age of reason.

I'm a European so you might ask what the hell am I doing here. Or maybe not, perhaps this site has many Europeans. Anyway, I'm following the U.S. politics and society very closely for reasons both academic and own interest, and traveled the States pretty extensively. I figured this could be the place to meet some people with interesting views. Call it getting out of my bubble, or something along those lines. Maybe even getting a friend or three?

So yeah. That's it for now. See you folks around the forum.

Welcome. We've got a few Europeans around here and, as far as I can remember, haven't deported any of them recently.
