OTTAWA – The federal government has issued its response to the Senate's sweeping amendments to the marijuana legalization Bill C-45, and intends to accept most of the Senate’s changes, but several substantive changes didn't make the cut.

The government says it agrees with, and will accept 26 largely technical proposed amendments to the legislation, which sets out the parameters for the production, possession, and sale of legal recreational marijuana for Canadians over the age of 18.

It's almost here, it's almost here, I can barely contain my excitement.

I've already got my light setup, my tent, my carbon filter and 4 in industrial fan. Got me a pack of Maui Waui seeds I got from a Vancouver seed shop for 90 bucks. I got an assortment of nutrients.

I'm growing weed.

I live in BC so I'm not to worried about the amendment that lets provinces ban home grows. Home Grows are a BC past time it seems.

I'm buying an ounce for the day it passes, and smoking the whole damn thing on my front balcony.

Congrats for Canada. Hopefully this can happen in the U.S soon.

Congrats for Canada. Hopefully this can happen in the U.S soon.

What has happened in California is the state jacked the prices up so high with their greed for taxes, the cartels are undercutting their prices and stealing the market. (and move other drugs along the same more middle class pipeline).

Now we have a huge mess. Legal weed, plus cartel weed, plus new customers = complete loss of control and a wider criminal market.

Leave it to the government to make a mess out of it.
