Recollections of My Life: Col. Mu'ummar Qaddafi, The Leader of the Revolution. April 5, 2011.

In the name of Allah, the beneficent, the merciful...

For 40 years, or was it longer, I can't remember, I did all I could to give people houses, hospitals, schools, and when they were hungry, I gave them food. I even made Benghazi into farmland from the desert, I stood up to attacks from that cowboy Reagan, when he killed my adopted orphaned daughter, he was trying to kill me, instead he killed that poor innocent child. Then I helped my brothers and sisters from Africa with money for the African Union.

I did all I could to help people understand the concept of real democracy, where people's committees ran our country. But that was never enough, as some told me, even people who had 10 room homes, new suits and furniture, were never satisfied, as selfish as they were they wanted more. They told Americans and other visitors, that they needed "democracy" and "freedom" never realizing it was a cut throat system, where the biggest dog eats the rest, but they were enchanted with those words, never realizing that in America, there was no free medicine, no free hospitals, no free housing, no free education and no free food, except when people had to beg or go to long lines to get soup.

No wonder they need him out of there. He is unCorporate, unselfish, and what a poor example for business oriented Nations. Free food, free education, free housing, and just too much free stuff apparently. No wonder somebody wants to get rid of him. Just tell me who is that somebody?

He's still a murdering piece-a-****.

What should we do if he collects up the DU we recently gave to his country and ships it back to us? Would he be arrested like Jose Padilla? It's our DU and he didn't request any. Slippery slopes and the rule of law, or screw the rule of law because we wanna kill 'em.

free food, free houses, free clothes....great, but what's the catch?? If life is so glorious there then why defect from his regime? why take up arms?

Now you are beginning to see the point. Outside agitators, think CIA, have organized some groups that are always dissatisfied and put some OIL money in the mix and are trying to get rid of a real poor example of Corporatism before others decide it may be a good system. Can you imagine spending the OIL money on the people. Pretty damn unAmerican if you ask me! Free food. Free housing. Free education. Wowser, even the unions would be against this deal.

So I'm guessing the phrase, "You can't get something for nothing" doesn't mean much to you? I don't disagree that we (America, our allies) tend to insert ourselves into the business of others whenever it seems expedient to do so. I also don't think that the people of Lybia were all that satisfied with getting everything for "free". The man is crazy; he accused Bin Laden of slipping hallucenogenics into the food and drink of the youth of the country, and told the populace to "dance, be happy" when they were being shelled by Qaddafi's troups, prior to the UN/Nato interjection.

Wow! Qaddafi sounds like an American Liberal.

Why don't they just kill him? That is what needs to happen:3oops:

Mostly because NATO and its puppets are trying to make this look like an internal insurrection instead of an externally motivated event. You are not supposed to notice the OIL. You are not supposed to ask how the ragtag rebels came up with a new Reserve Bank and an OIL Corporation to make it fit the "rule of law." That rule of law deal is extremely advantageous at the Corporate level. Shhhh. Don't tell any one. This is not stealing the OIL. Like Iraq. The OIL is not stolen, but the Corporations that make a nickel a gallon on every gallon are in the catbird's seat. Corporate hands operating political sock puppets. The sock puppets would be called Senators and Representatives.

Yessir! I sees the light. That nasty unAmerican Qaddaffi needs to understand that those OIL revenues he's wasting on his people would be better used in the USA example. He should give big tax breaks to GE. He should give big tax breaks to his manufacturers to move their manufacturing facilities overseas to another country. He should give them breaks to move their headquarters to tax havens. Somebody needs to put a stop to this trend he is starting to piss the OIL monies away on the general populace. Downright unAmerican. Send him some sock puppets so he can be advised on how to build a mountain of debt to burden his peoples. Show him how to give all the money to the bankers and manipulators. Keerist mon, he is apparently not educated in the nuance of real world Western body politic. The balls of that man to be defying people with such expensive and highly polished images. I mean, you know, I had a dog turd bronzed and polished and its just not the same. Do ya' think sumpin' is missin'?

sounds like you should just start screaming 'NO BLOOD FOR OIL' and get it over with

Shhhh. we dont know and can't prove that.

The rest of that is pretty much fair game. Crude... (get it)... but fair game.

Of course, and you should be screamin' "More blood for OIL." One of us demonstrates a concern for the finer virtues of humanity and one of us craves killing. Hmm, will have to ruminate on that. Why would one think killing is a good thing? Wait, I've got it. The Media has convinced one that "killing is a good thing." What a militant attitude. Same as al Queda, but dead and don't let anyone see the head being cut off. That'd be a bad image of killing, but dead is dead, and we be workin' mit imagery here, don't you think?.

The USA admitted to having CIA in Libya. Who do you think works for US Corporations overseas. That is in the CIA Charter. This is a tidy little Corporate war, or they'd like a tidy little war, but that no-gooder giving away food, education, housing and healthcare is trying to screw the deal. Those skinny assed white crack sniffers will be straightening his aura going forward. Excuse the buzzword, but I thought you might be corporate. Good yoke on Crude.

Sounds good, I could get a little hooked.

You are taking Qaddafi at face value? Lulz.

Well if he says so, then it must be true. There's no way a politician could ever say something that wasn't true.

So you think he's a Republican. I never suggested that.

Only Republicans can never say something that isn't true? I think it applies to all politicians. There is no politician anywhere who can say something that's not true. Nor can any of them say something that's solely self serving.

TRUST POLITICIANS!!

OK. Now that we have discovered, eureka, that it is all the politicians that are curdling the hollandaise, how do we get rid of "all of them?" I'm voting Green Party and I don't care if their candidate is a flamin' homo, muslim, butt sniffin', red skinned, hermaphrodite on methadone. At least it would be a big improvement.

Or you could provide some evidence that MomoQ is being candid and truthful since that is ostensibly the subject of this thread.
Oddly enough, some people are not willing to take him at his word. ymmv

I have supplied evidence that his detractors have not been truthful. "We gonna save lots of civilian lives by killing more civilians with bombs and missiles." "It's not about OIL." "The DU is harmless." The rebels have Corporations, but they're certainly don't represent anything Corporate. Qaddaffi is no good because he is teaching Africans to use their natural resource money for social progarams. He's just like Chavez and he might be next. Don't stand under big bubbles when they pop.

AFAICT, this is something other than vidence that MomoQ is being candid and truthful, because, in theory at least, it's possible that more than one person or group of people can be dissembling at the same time.
Now, if you can show me that only one person or group of people can be lying at a time, then it would be sufficient to show that someone else was lying because it would necessarily mean the other person was telling the truth.
But for the moment, until we can get the evidence that only one person can be lying at a time, I am going to assume that it's possible for two or more people to be dissembling concurrently.
I am not sure if I explained well enough evidence that MomoQ was being candid is something different than showing someone else is lying, but I hope so.

I feel certain that it is at least theoretically possible for more than one entity to state falsehoods at the same time.
But, I am open to evidence to the contrary.

It is a matter of public record that Qaddaffi has instigated the social programs he brags about. He has also sponsored with money efforts to lead similar programs in other African Nations. Reagan did bomb his tent and kill his adopted daughter. Qaddaffi was the lead informer in revealing the A. Q. Khan black market nuclear network. Qaddaffi did state in year 2009 conferences that African nations should nationalize their resources and use the money for the people of those countries.. He has been bombed by the winner of a Nobel Peace prize which might imply some minor hypocricies. He has had depleted uranium spread around his country by a winner of a Nobel Peace prize. His enemies seem to be "Corporate" and Libya's asset is OIL, OIL and OIL. If one would desire to occupy a naive neverland, then believing that civilians are being saved by killing civilians seems like a wonderful place to start. There is a lot of fantasy surrounding Mu' ummar Qaddaffi, including how to spell his name, and one would be well advised to ferret news on Libya carefully from the Internet because the mainstream news is suffering from an excess of creativity, obfuscation and outright distortion. Deducing from your post, the creativity, obfuscation and distortion are working.
