"Oil giant BP has announced it will restart drilling in the Gulf of Mexico this summer.

That's just a year after the Deepwater Horizon explosion in the US, that sparked the worst oil spill in history.

BP is spending around 25 billion pounds on cleaning up the spill and to cover damages.

US prosecutors were last week reportedly considering pursuing manslaughter charges against some BP managers."

I'd heard rumors the regime was thinking about lifting ban on drilling. If this news out of Ireland is to be believed it has happened. Sorry little green men.
