Could Obama be Impeached over Libya? Let's ask Biden

Why would Biden say that Bush didn't consult congress? As far as I remember they were consulted and Bush was given the authority to attack Iraq if he chose to.

AND Biden voted in the senate in favor of invading Iraq! Politicians just lie.

PW 400... please note the Editor's corrections in Red.

I find threads like this rather hypocritical at best, but what the heck - hypocrisy has become the breakfast of champions in the Liberal Faktion of the United States these days, so why not pretend to ask a question that really has no substantive reason for existing. It is now par for the course in this faktion of the country.

Fact: President Bush's Administration did not lie to Congress, the American People and the United Nations about national intelligence that it used as the false pretext for invading a sovereign country. Nor did Tony Blair, as evidenced by repeated attempts to lynch him. What we did learn is BBC execs sexed up the news and were removed from not only their leadership positions but from the BBC. They used the best evidence from a closed society, as noted in the testimony of both Hans Blix and David Kay. This sentiment was also stated by all the Democrat leadership after the Un Inspecteurs de la Sortie were booted out of Iraq when Bill Clinton was in office.

Fact: The national intelligence estimate used by the Bush Administration as its basis for invading a sovereign country, was not the same version of the national intelligence estimate put before the United States Senate. WASHINGTON - The White House insisted yesterday President Bush did nothing wrong in authorizing a leak of prewar intelligence because he had allegedly declassified the secret information. Articles about National Intelligence Estimate - New York Daily News

Fact: When George W. Bush, ordered the United States Military to invade a sovereign country that had lost Gulf War 1 and failed to live up to agreements upon defeat based on what Liberal ideologues claim were false statements made to the United States Senate about a national intelligence estimate which contained no justification for going to war, George W. Bush, committed an impeachable offense in the eyes of these partisan hacks.

Fact: When George W. Bush, delivered to the United States Senate, what Liberal partisans believe was but has never been proven to be a false version of the national intelligence estimate used to justify the need to invade a sovereign country that did not comply with its post Gulf War 1 agreement to cooperate fully in disarming its WMD, defining the same as being necessary for the protection of national security interests of the United States of America, George W. Bush, committed an impeachable offense in the eyes of desperate Liberal political hacks who were willing to use any vote or action to regain power. Even going so far as to voting to send troops into harms way, and then turning their backs on them when they most needed their support..

Fact: When George W. Bush, addressed the United Nations as the Executive Branch representation of the United States of America, and the Liberal partisan hack left claimed he made false statements on behalf of the United States of America on which they claimed they based their votes to send troops into harms way, in an attempt to gain unwarranted support for the creation of a Military Coalition for the sole purpose of carrying out the invasion of a sovereign country that failed to live up to the agreement to disarm after losing Gulf War 1, based solely upon false statements made about threats to the national security of the United States of America which Hans Blix, our allies, some enemies and Democrats confirmed as well, and based on what Liberal hacks believe are false statements about the non-compliance of that same sovereign country to adhere to and abide by previous United Nations resolutions regarding the dismantling of "Weapons of Mass Destruction," George W. Bush was simply repeating much of which Hans Blix had stated, and did not commit an impeachable offense.

Fact: The United States of America, is a permanent member and signatory of the United Nations and thus has made itself subject to the international laws that govern its Members within the United Nations. but does not give up its rights as a sovereign nation.

Fact: Libya, is a current member, General Assembly seat holder and signatory of the United Nations and thus made itself subject to the international laws that govern its Members within the United Nations. yet Libya has been in violation of those laws for decades with virtually no rebuke.

Fact: When the Government of Libya, used its Military to put down a peaceful protest of its citizenry engaged in the redressing grievances process through public, non-violent and un-armed demonstrations, the Government of Libya committed a violation of its signature within the United Nations General Assembly, and having done so, also violated International Law, making itself accountable for redress through the process of United Nations Security Council Resolution - up to and including the use of Military force to bring Libya in compliance with International Law which means get ready America... the Leftists that seem to hate American intervention when it comes to national security are ready to use our troops everywhere now!.

Fact: When Barak Obama, ordered the United States Military to strike designated military targets in the sovereign country of Libya, under the authorization expressly outlined by the United Nations Security Council, which outlined the use of force to erect a U.N. No-Fly-Zone and to use force as necessary to protect the lives of the Libyan People from the Military aggression received from the Libyan Government in violation of its signature at the United Nations, President Barak Obama, committed no impeachable offense, but his party sure look like fools as he did not go to Congress to get approval to wage war.

Now, those words in black and blue are the Liberal partisan hack's facts, like it or not that is the story we are sticking with. If the world is going to have a body like the United Nations and League of Nations, and if sovereign countries are going to make themselves subject to the international laws that come from such a body, then those same sovereign countries cannot cry foul, when they are found in violation of their own signature that gives the United Nations and its Members the legal authority to bring the violating country into compliance because UN treaties and regulations dictate US Law now. It was not this way when Saddam was killing his people by the hundreds of thousands, was not obeying 16 UN Resolutions during 12-years, but that was then and this is now, and besides... we have a president to protect. It really is just that cut and dry.

Thus, the case for impeaching and/or trying the current President of the United States of America is therefore, all at once, without merit and without any foundation or basis in U.S. and/or international law because some Libs think it is so.

Case in point. Liberal Case closed. Liberal Grand jury dismissed. Home in time for supper and a few doobies before watching CNN and MSNBC.

Bottom line here is this: Reagan set the precedent; GW Bush and Pres. Obama are merely following his lead. Republicans can't stand that someone outside their party had the balls to use the military WITHOUT getting their consent first. But it was just fine with two of their own did it.

SPELL CHECK!!

I just caught this spelling error. I meant "precedent" not "president". My bad...but I think folks understood what I meant.
