Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) believes Americans should buy products made in the US, but he seems a bit confused about what those products might be.
In an interview with ABC's Christiane Amanpour Sunday, the senior senator from Arizona incorrectly declared that Apple's iconic iPhone and iPad products were made in the US.

This is incredible news. The US economy is an absolute juggernaut, which will never again be matched during the course of what remains of human history. After all, we just annexed China, didn't we?

He was probably thinking of gramophones and the original Maytags.

Depends how he defines "made." The R&D and prototypes are made in the US.

Or his trusty carrier pigeon. He once single-handedly took out a whole platoon of Kaiser that way.

Ah the days of the carrier pidgeons. It's a shame birds have gone extinct since then.

No problem. We still have the Pony Express......... Or do we?

we need to give the old geezer a break, he's 74 and I think he has Short Man Syndrome like people like Bill Maher.

They have a chip on their shoulder because they are way below average height, and McCain. I interviewed him in 2004 and my first thought was damn your a little guy. I felt like King Kong standing next to him.

Being 74 he could also be delusional from Alzheimer's, and being so old it's wouldn't be early onset either. People who have it cn seem normal one minute and the next they are in la la land.
