I would think that would go without saying. Of course he's subject to the law just like everyone else. That's not my point. My point is that if the shoe were on the other foot and this were about Bush or someone similar, several people here would be squawking about activist judges.

That cuts both ways. Now liberals are complaining about judicial activism. That's an inaccurate claim in this case though.

Why aren't you totally outraged that Obama is blowing off the law, so as to push his agenda? Since you're not a partisan hack and all.

Are we sure Obama studied constitutional law at Harvard? I want to see those transcripts. Oh wait.....I forgot. Obama doesn't disclose legal documents.

Just because someone studied constitutional law, doesn't mean that person is going to actually abide by the Constitution.
