Yes, I know. I got the figures from a blog, and you know how they can exaggerate. The real figures are $500 million, which amounts to only about $5 per taxpayer. Still, half a billion here, three quarters there, pretty soon, you're talking about real money.
 
Is this the same congress that wanted to jack up taxes, because of deficit spending?
