....And this time the homosexuals are on the sticky end!

Why should you care that the Prime Minister of Kenya has ordered the arrest of all gays? « Bare Naked Islam's Weblog

An investigation by three Republican congressmen has revealed the Obama administration has secretly spent $23 million of U.S. taxpayer dollars in Kenya to fund a “Yes” vote on a constitutional referendum that would increase access to abortions in Kenya and establish legal status for Islamic law.

Well well well, Left! And to think you lot make such a big fuss about gays in the army! Look at how the Sun King funnels tax money back home to fund a minority Islamist regime!

What a mental picture that conjures up.

God, I'll never be able to look my backside in the face again!

Do you take the Congressmens' finding with salt too? That's the issue here, not BareNakedIslam.

BLOG COMMENT:
What I don't understand though is why anyone voted for Obama, especially after seeing him refuse to salute the American flag.

Given the number of people who consider government as something you have to bend over and take ...

I take any information gleened from a site called BARENAKEDISLAM with a fairly large grain of salt.

If I remember right, we have had a couple threads on this before, and it turns out that the facts are not nearly like what is being presented here. If I have time later, I might dig around for the threads.

There turns out to be a bit more on the specifics here: Impeachable Offense: Congressman says Obama Admin Illegally Funding Pro-Abortion Kenya Constitution | Impeach Obama Campaign

Congressman: Obama May Have Spent $10 Million On Illegal Kenya Abortion Push

BBC NEWS | Africa | Odinga says Obama is his cousin

Obama, Odinga & Kenyan Jihad , etc.

But at the end of the day the only real question can be whether Obama's pushed US tax Dollars into Kenyan political campaigns or not or whether he's backed Islamic radicals in his homeland or not.

The real question is why you believe wild charges presented by unbelievable sites and very tenuous claims made by people with ulterior motives.

Well let's see what you've got in the magic bag first. After that I suppose the smears can commence.

Here is what a simple 2 minute search turned up: http://www.debatepolitics.com/breaking-news-mainstream-media/77555-obama-administration-sending-tax-payer-money-kenya-abortion-legislation-3.html#post1058872422

No it's used to fund abortion legislation.

It's being used to fund balance-of-power legislation.

Again, fta

The proposed constitution will curtail the vast powers of the Kenyan president, offering more balance among the different branches of government in an effort to bring order and stability to the political process of a nation often torn by tumultuous exchanges of power

America shouldn't support a constitution that establisches balance of power and a more stable democracy, just because it doesn't outlaw abortion?

Also, has anybody taken the time to look at the proposed constitution? It mentions abortion exactly once, and here's what it says

The Proposed Constitution of Kenya in Sec 26(4) reiterates and reaffirms the current Kenyan penal code by stating: Abortion is not permitted unless, in the opinion of a trained health professional, there is need for emergency treatment, or the life or health of the mother is in danger, or if permitted by any other written law.

It's not even legalizing abortion - it's just refusing to ban it via the constitution

But, hey, if fox news has an inflammatory headline, there's got to be something to be angry about right?

**EDIT**
Link to source for proposed constitution text (wiki)

But you see, the OP and the Link is about that, but the commentary is about Obama supporting evil Islamists, I believe your post may be lost on him there Redress, he's not interested in the abortion thing, he's more interested in the Obama Super Secret Muslim money lending going on here.

The intention is to support a stable constitutional government in Kenya. I am sorry if that is not what he wants, but that is what is going on. And his post made direct reference to the abortion thing. In the absence of any real evidence(he has provided none), and where there is evidence to support another more logical conclusion, there is no reason to believe anything he claims.

Way ahead of you there buddy :)

Other than the fact he supports his Islamist cousin, that Congressmen have unearthed that Obama blew $23 million interfering with Kenyan domestic politics and that he's got no problem backing a country which arrests its homosexuals.

Yeah, no refutation of that from the Left, just confirmation that Obama financially promoted another nation's constitutional reform!

proof, please?

Rather than spend a lot of time blowing hot air around I often wonder why people don't simply try to verify if there is any TRUTH in the OP or is it based on bias of some kind.

US gives $23 million to push new Kenyan constitution, charges Rep. Smith

Headline from from the Catholic news Agency and if you Google this headline, confirmation of the $23 million becomes clear.

Next go to:KIBAKI & ODINGA: Kenya's Constitution - Washington Times

Which is technically an Main Stream news source and we find:

Our new constitution, which won a mandate from more than two-thirds of the vote, bears many similarities to the American Constitution. It provides safeguards to prevent any president from becoming too powerful, makes the Parliament accountable to the voters through the recall clause and devolves power to counties (regions), making politicians more accountable to the people they lead and represent. Finally, it creates a Supreme Court and divides the Parliament into two chambers, similar to the U.S. Congress.
And no mention of Sharia law. So we go to the next step, and review the actual Text of the Constitution.

# S.24 (4) – This section limits the application of rights to persons who profess the Muslim religion. It states that the rights only apply as far as is necessary for the application of Muslim law before Kadhi’s courts. This means that any Muslim who chooses to go to a Kadhi’s court can have their rights limited in areas of personal status, marriage, divorce and inheritance according to Muslim law. These are the only 4 areas that the Kadhi’s Courts are permitted to rule on for Muslims who choose to come under Kadhi’s courts under the Judiciary system.

It is being argued by human rights activists that all Kenyans should have access to all the rights in the proposed constitution and Kenyan Muslims should not be excluded from these rights in any way.

It does say Muslim Law, Sharia, never comes up.
Why did Obama interfere this which some claim is a serious breach and is punishable?

Simple, according to his mate it's his home Country. And she said it not me.

He is supporting a constitutional form of government. How unamerican...

I don't waste time refuting propaganda sites. All I have to do is say things like WND...LoLz. If this is such a true story, you should have zero problem finding a mainstream, reliable source reporting on it.

I seriously doubt the validity of these claims, seeing as how the right made up INSANE accusations against Obama, saying that he is a Muslim when he is in fact a Christian and trying in general to demonize him.

Attempting to refute conspiracy theory garbage just gives it credibility. It's much more appropriate to laugh at it and shake your head at anyone who actually believes it.

RoP... I'm looking at you and shaking my head.

Republic of Public opposes constitutional governments that don't specifically ban abortion.

Hey, wait a minute...

edit: ROFL he actually linked Freep!?

ROP, do you also read Stormfront, by any chance?
