oh, i understand perfectly well, just using your terminology...again, what is wrong with these...if your planning on buying a home/car, you were probably going to buy one regardless if you were going to receive any kind of benefit..

Those trips actually where fairly expensive, and where not part of a presidents job. Traveling overseas to meet with other world leaders is part of a presidents job, and also expensive. See how selective your outrage is?

unlike you, i'm not using whether the person in office has an (R) or a (D) in front of their name to judge the cuts.....if obama does something, its bad, that has been your pattern and probably always will be....i see nothing inherently wrong with the cuts/reductions that obama made.

now now..dont divert or try to change the topic...exactly what is wrong with the obama cuts?? how is he playing 'favorites' ? are not people buying houses, cars, saving energy, getting an education a good thing for everyone? good for the economy? i thought people buying homes/cars kept people employed, created jobs....and isnt getting an education a good thing? isnt a well educated populace what employers constantly say they want, even need? that it is something we need to stay competitive? if thats the case, isnt education something we should aid in ? isnt it something we should encourage, both in our words and in practice?

In 2003, President Bush signed into law a large tax cut for all "net taxpayers."

I have no problem giving aid for education but don't call it a tax cut and tout it as a benefit to the economy. It is a transfer of payments to those who pay taxes to those that may or may not. Bush gave a real tax cut, not targeted ones that require a certain activity.

again, what is wrong with what obama put forward? should we not encourage certain activities? better education allows you to find better job, make more money, which in turn, allows you to pay more in taxes.....buying a home/car keeps people in the construction and auto industries employed, which means they are making money and paying taxes...this is a good thing right? everyone working, more people paying taxes to support our infrastructure? i look at what obama put forward as an investment.

My words are idential to those in the link, Obama lied about 95% of the people getting a tax cut and the Bush tax cuts were actual cuts to all taxpayers. that says it all

lol...nope..apparently you don't like the question, as i suspect that deep down, you know your whole objection to what obama put forward, is based solely on the fact that he is democrat...if he was republican, i suspect your reaction would be alot different, and you would be staunchly supporting him.

I grew up a staunch Democrat but grew out of it when I started verifying the results with the rhetoric. Most people eventually come to the same conclusion but some just take longer than others. I see Obama for exactly who he is, unqualified to be in the office based upon the lack of leadership skills plus the fact he is implementing a far left socialist agenda that people like you support simply because you don't understand that agenda or simply because you like the guy personally. Trust but verify. The people spoke on Tuesday, they trusted, verified, and rejected.

your still diverting....not the question that was asked...i don't give a crap about your childhood, or that you switched sides or any of the other blather...what exactly is wrong with what he put forward...i don't want your feelings on the man, i don't care that you think he is a socialist....what about the cuts he proposed? what is wrong with them? shouldnt we as a country support certain initiatives? that is the question
