There is no law suit with SCOTUS questioning it. The scotus has already decided on this when Chief Justice Roberts swore Obama in.

And there's a bunch of people that think 9/11 was perpetrated by George Bush and others within the government in a clandestine cover up using explosives to bring down the towers to justify a war for oil.

That doesn't make it a legitimate notion or one worthy of giving any true credance too.

Neither is the Obama birth certificate thing.

The SCOTUS denied to hear a couple of suits (meaning they thought they had no merit) a long time ago.

Several other suits have also lost in lower courts.

According to this list, 66 birther cases have either lost or been dismissed as frivolous or lacking standing or whatever so far. Two are still pending. None have won:

I'm still here with my check book in hand, Crunch, ready and willing to pay for the president's legal defense in the case you are certain will get to court.

Of course, if you never file the case, Obama will never need my money, and our little agreement is null and void.

This takes us right back to where you wimped out, before. YOU must take the first step and file your case, and that case would have to be admitted in court for trial before funding for the President's defense would ever be needed. If that time should ever come (trust me, none of us are holding our breath), Mr. Obama has my full financial backing and I'll see you in court.

That said, since you asked politely, I'll try to keep it out of posts. No garauntee's though. I'm a stream of consiousness typer often so many times words and things will come out without much thought beyond their initial occurance.

Sure. as soon as we get all the details on paper, with signatures.... you know, a contract. Of course you don't want to do that as it would cost you a bundle.... Me, I'd just spend 50 bucks or so to file the papers.

I'm sure we could get a Mod to act as a middleman. So when are you going to sign the contract?

She already stated she would in front of mods and you backed out. In Obama V Berg, Berg had to pay a whole 20 dollars when his case was dismissed. This was the cost the government would pay for litigation. Any legal aid can get your birther cases dismissed.

1. Prove he spent anything, let alone that much.

2. You're using the same tired old twisted conspiracy theory logic. If you were sued, and then you defended yourself in court, the fact that you defended yourself and spent money on lawyers to do it wouldn't be an indication that you were guilty or had something to hide.

Yeah you would be able to get a passport with that document. When is the last time you had to get a copy of your birth certificate?

Ah the good old Im not a birther but ill use birther arguments claim. Its 2 million? Some days I hear 750,000 some days a million. The number changes more than birthers change their panties. I also heard 3 law firms as well. If he did any of those things it would be easily verifiable. Prove it.

I just had to renew my drivers license and they wanted a BC to prove my citizenship.

I asked if they would accept a JPG on the internet and they looked at me like I had 2 heads. Would you believe they wanted a real piece of paper, with seals, signatures, and all?

No STAMP - NO PASSPORT !!

There is no notary stamp on this document..

I had to get a new one last year.. my last one met an untimely end.. it required a "Notarized copy of birth certificate"... so did yours!

The largest beneficiary of Obama's hide-and-seek.. is... Perkins and Cole.. The most recent total $1,700,000...




I don't doubt he's a citizen... I doubt SERIOUSLY he has nothing to hide! What kind of man has to use 6 different names?
