Which doesn't address my point. Furthermore, several moderate Democrats are leaving despite strong showing that they would win reelection.

Having a large percent of the populace thinking the GOP has no clue just like the Dems is hardly support of your positions.

The Democrats will out buying votes as usual in November, there's no doubt in my mind. That's what stimulus money is for.
