That doesn't even come close to saying that only people have a right to freedom of speech in the First Amendment, especially when the amendment is written as a limitation on government power, not a granting of rights - and when it expressly protects groups, not just people, for other rights.

Entities.

I'm referring to freedom of religion, which obviously applies to churches and other organized religious groups, and freedom of the press, which would obviously apply to newspapers, etc. (most of which are also corporations), and which is virtually the same thing as freedom of speech.

Oh no. I do not disagree with him at all. I'm just shocked at how many people who are against Roe V. Wade support his statement on what the job of SCOTUS is.
