That is one of them, and while it may be completely innocent, you can see where suspicions might have been raised. Frankly, posing her like a sexy bikini-clad model, sprawled across a car bonnet(hood) is maybe not the best choice to send in this day and age. What do the unpublished ones look like?

Child modeling websites have set the precedent for this. Producers of kiddie porn found a way around the law, they simply put the girls in panties or bikinis and had them pose. So, the government changed the definition of pornography to cover those websites, and now this guy is getting screwed. I don't know if he found the pictures enticing or not, but some people would. Though to be real, you can find similar pictures in any clothing catalog, especially around halloween. And the real question should be whether this is harmful behavior for the child in question.
 
I wouldn't wanna sit next to the little varmints, anyway. Glad to know that if I ever fly British Airways, that they can't force to sit next some brat that can't sit still, or shut-up.

Parents get in trouble when they DON'T treat their children like future porn stars, too.

The whole of western society has gone overboard on this issue, and it's absurd.

What are the chances that a pervert is going to molest a strange twelve year old boy on an airplane in his seat?

Zero.

Make a rule that strange males can't join their new friend in the airplane's head, (hey, um....where are the kid's parents, anyway?) but sitting in public?

Why not make the kid move?

This kid thing? I would agree with prosecuting that for kiddie porn photo...AFTER the nation shuts down it's Baby Beauty Pageant industry. We shouldn't be having a double standard, should we?

And for the love of Pete, if you have a photo of your week old baby getting her first bath, don't you EVER keep a copy on your computer!

Yeah, the child beauty pageant thing you have going on in the States is really creepy. I don't see how anyone can justify tolerating them, when people are being threatened with prosecution for having pictures of their own children in far more innocent looking situations.
 
Try reading the Brtish tabloids for a week.
 
Besides anything who wants to sit next to a kid on a plane?
