Isn't that hilarious!? The weeping pundit calls Obama a racist?! Where is he when people are passing out racist e-mails about Obama? nowhere. This guy is low class and frankly I have no idea why he is even on Fox for that matter.

War Room - Salon.com the video is on the page for you amusement.

Oh, Glenn Beck. What won't you say?

On Tuesday morning, the Fox News host was on his network's morning show, "Fox and Friends," when the subject of a White House meeting between President Obama, Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates and the police sargeant who arrested Gates came up. This is what Beck had to say about it:

This president, I think, has exposed himself as a guy -- over and over and over again -- who has a deep seated hatred for white people or white culture, I don't know what it is.

Later, "Fox and Friends" co-host Brian Kilmeade said to Beck, "Listen, you can't say he doesn't like white people. David Axelrod's white, Rahm Emanuel, his chief of staff, is white. I think 70 percent of the people that we see every day are white. Robert Gibbs is white."

This prompted an odd walkback from Beck, who then immediately contradicted himself:

I'm not saying he doesn't like white people. I'm saying he has a problem, this guy is, I believe, a racist.

Video is below.

One other thing worth mentioning: Co-host Gretchen Carlson said, at one point during the segment, "Reports are coming out that [Obama] actually wanted that question."

What Carlson's referring to are random reports -- based on no evidence whatsoever -- from conspiracy theorists on the right that the question about Gates' arrest at Obama's press conference was coordinated in advance with the reporter who asked it, Lynn Sweet. Again, the reports have no factual leg to stand on, but it doesn't matter -- Sweet says it's not true.

FOX News is a great comedy channel. ;)

Its okay, let Beck dig himself a hole he can fit all his garbage in. The part where he clearly contradicted himself was hilarious.

Basically he's saying "He has a deep hatred for white people, yet that does not mean he does not like white people, however he is a racist."

:rofl

Why is this news? Dear Leader has proven he's a racist many times over.

  • He proved it when he took up for the racist Jeremiah Wright.
  • He proved it when he threw his grandmother under the racism bus
  • He proved it when he appointed Eric "white people are cowards" Holder Attorney General
  • He proved it when he jumped to the conclusion that the Cambridge PD acted stupidly because they arrested his friend after his friend created a ruckus calling the cops racist for daring to investigate a possible break-in in his home.
Dear Leader is a racist. This is not news.

Celtic is a lover of hyperbole and over the top finger pointing. This is not news.

Wow....now there's a crushing response....I feel soooo rebutted.

Here's a challenge for you, puppy dog....respond to something I say with a factual assertion disproving what I say. There's a few nice folk on the liberal side of DP who'll even help you identify what constitutes a factual assertion.

In other words, puppy dog, try debating me. I dare you....just...try it.

PBO is a racist. He proved it the other night when he sided with a black suspect against a white cop, after he admitted that he wasn't there and he didn't know all the facts. He didn't know all the facts, but he was certain that that white cops had done something wrong.

Fox's Beck Calls Obama a Racist

A better title would have been, "Beck Makes Factual Statement -- Libtards Ignore Reality."

Damn, he sure shot your arguments down, didn't he?

Dear Leader (2) showed himself to be a racist long ago and the good citizens of the USA showed they don't care. They still elected him President.

The idea that Jeremiah Wright preached racist sermons is ridiculous. I've yet to hear one (the clips from Faux News were edited, out of context and slanderous. I listened to all of the sermons entirely and found the people accusing Wright of anti-Americanism and racism in those sermons were full of ****).

The accusation that he's a racist because of his call out of a cop being in someone's house and arresting that someone for no criminal reason is also stupid.

Here's the quote from Holder:

"Though the nation has proudly thought of itself as an ethnic melting pot, in things racial we have always been and continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards," Holder said.

In what way did he single out white people in that quote?

In what way did Obama throw his grandmother under the racism bus?

I simply put "wrong" in my answers because it's obvious to anyone who has done their homework that all of Celtic's conclusions are stupid. I thought that people were intelligent enough that no more needed to be said.

You find factual statements amusing?

How sweet.

It's funny to hear a xenophobe like Glenn Beck refer to anyone as a 'racist'. Then again, it usually is the xenophobes that are first to jump up at call racism at anyone who is portrayed as some sort of racial nationalist by FOX.

1.) How is Beck a xenophobe?

2.) I like that song.

The idea that Jeremiah Wright preached racist sermons is ridiculous.

It's certainly ridiculous.

It's also true.

Makes ya wonder about the thousands of people that attended his church, and makes you wonder about the one who's in the White House.

The accusation that he's a racist because of his call out of a cop being in someone's house and arresting that someone for no criminal reason is also stupid.

What's stupid was the President interjecting his office into a purely local issue of absolutely no national import, especially when the facts of the matter indicate that the police were correct, the bigot who owned the house was not.

In what way did he single out white people in that quote?

Here's the substance of what Holder said:

"Saturdays and Sundays, America in the year 2009 does not in some ways differ significantly from the country that existed almost 50 years ago. This is truly sad," said Holder.

Oh?

Really?

Fifty years ago, the Democrats in Boston were almost rioting over the thought that their kids might have to go to integrated schools.

And Holder is saying things haven't changed? That he will continue to consider America racist until Affirmative Action is applied to family picnics?

Frankly, racism is over in this country, except for bigots like Byrd, Wright, Obama, Gates, Jackson, Sharpton, and the rest, and the occasional completely irrelevant lunatic KKK member.

The left accepts "white nigger" from Byrd as a matter of course.

The left was scandalized and outraged when a DC city councilman used the word "niggardly" correctly in a sentence. It was never quite clear if they were aghast at the proper use of the word, or merely had never heard a proper sentence before, but the man speaking English was run out of town on the metaphorical rail.

In what way did Obama throw his grandmother under the racism bus?

Didn't the Messiah blame his racist grandmammy (white) for teaching him about racism, as a lame excuse for his race baiting "not the same as the people on the dollar bill" remark?

It's hard to remember, the Messiah being what he is could resurrect his grandmammy and therefore threw her under so many buses she looked like roadkill on the San Diego Freeway.

I simply put "wrong" in my answers

Because they weren't wrong.

2.) I like that song.

1) Well for starters, he supports overturning the 14th amendment which grants natural born citizenship and has vehemently opposed any legislation that didn't center around mass deportation and building a wall a la East Germany.

2) Awesome. :) I was always bigger into the Barrett stuff.

BO's been a racist ever since his "typical white person" grandmother was raising him. And the deal was sealed when BO sat in a Black Liberation Theology church for 20 years listening to...

"America's chickensssss, coming home, to roost!"

Most racists either don't know they are racist or won't admit it. Read some of the posts on these forums.

Thanks for quoting Rev. Wright out of context. Bet you never listened to the whole sermon, have you? Ignorance is bliss I guess.

Because they weren't wrong.

It's sad that people buy into this sort of stupidity.

You have to understand their logic and tactics. They, who are racists, know full well that it is difficult to just flat out state that they do not like the President for one reason; his skin color. So to negate that you simply label the President as the racist one, therefore you can go full out in attacking him. Notice how so very little to date has any grounding in actual policy? Notice how few of the attacks have been so blatantly hypocritical? Fact is a good number will never accept him as President based solely on his skin color. Then again there is a good number of people who simply can not accept a Democrat period as a President. Remember how from day one Clinton was under constant attack, the whacko conspiracy theories?

A good parallel to this is the whole teleprompter joke. How do you attack someone who is regarded as a good public speaker? Claim it has all to do with teleprompters. Of course parallels were drawn between the past and current, with the past barely able to string a sentence together. So of course the angle here is to claim it is 99% credit to a teleprompter. Funny of course, as these same people remain silent when he speaks in interviews, or town halls, etc..Of course the truly sad irony is that these are the same morons who blabber away fawning of Caribou Barbie who is nothing but sad pathetic joke pushed upon us by the equally sad pathetic McCain. Someone I will never forgive for being so personally corrupt as to think for a moment this twat was qualified. Here we have a woman who gives speeches that leave us speechless trying to figure out exactly what the f**k she was trying to say (full court NBA fish upstream point guard..f**k).

Funny thing is I remember this same tactic used by neo-nazi groups years ago, they would argue that Jews were the racist ones...blah blah blah.

Oh, I totally agree. It just astonishes me that people can still do this and sleep with themselves at night. It's fascinating on the one hand and truly depressing on the other that Americans can be so ignorant.

By the way, this is your best post yet! I think you made a very cogent point.

Instead of just saying that the quotes were taken out of context, why don't you tell us how the context changes the meaning of those words?

Also, Obama supports affirmative action, a racist ideology. He is a racist.

I think the burden of proof falls on those who would wrongly accuse the president. Why don't you go and do your homework?

So what you're saying is that everyone opposed to your Messiah on factual and moral grounds is a racist.
