Fox's Beck Calls Obama a Racist

Commie-speak? Sounds like you've already made your own conclusions. The civil rights era had nothing to do with giving property and money to decedents of slavery which is what reparations are. Not reparations. Reparations are payment for past injustices perpetrated on them. The civil rights era was about undoing Jim Crow and creating equality established under the constitution. So yes in this case you're using the word reparations as its understood incorrectly. There's a difference between what you said and what he actually said

That still doesn't change the fact that he believes that reparations (as you've defined above) should have been a natural extension of the Civil Rights era. If you take Barack's viewpoint the Civil Rights era and reparations should have been one in the same, it isn't a stretch to claim that the repairative measures taken ( if they aren't repairative what are they?) of the civil rights era "didn't do enough."

Are you trying to use this as a way to illustrate that Obama is opposed to wealth re-distribution to blacks?

No if he believed that he would have actually said it. Now you're putting words in his mouth. Yes it is a stretch.

Until he says so himself regarding the current situation instead of in a historical context I'd say you don't have much of a case. Is this your way of somehow claiming Obama is a racist?

If you keep listening to the interview then man basically says that the Constitution is an obstacle blocking the way of social justice and redistributive change.

Until he says so himself regarding the current situation instead of in a historical context I'd say you don't have much of a case.

What was said in 2001 was the ideological nudity of Obama before he had to obscure his intentions for the sake of political expediency.

Is this your way of somehow claiming Obama is a racist?

No, it's my way of claiming that Obama is in favor of wealth-redistribution from society - to black people.

Isn't that hilarious!? The weeping pundit calls Obama a racist?! Where is he when people are passing out racist e-mails about Obama? nowhere. This guy is low class and frankly I have no idea why he is even on Fox for that matter.

Racism when openly practiced by anyone in a position that would otherwise command respect is harmful to the office, to the Nation, and points out the ignorance shared by all racists and those who would defend them, and it calls all of their intelligence, and judgment into question.
celticlord has presented clear and convincing evidence from the well known public records of the Racist in Chief Obama's obvious bias.
celticlord said: Why is this news? Dear Leader has proven he's a racist many times over.

* He proved it when he took up for the racist Jeremiah Wright.
* He proved it when he threw his grandmother under the racism bus
* He proved it when he appointed Eric "white people are cowards" Holder Attorney General
* He proved it when he jumped to the conclusion that the Cambridge PD acted stupidly because they arrested his friend after his friend created a ruckus calling the cops racist for daring to investigate a possible break-in in his home.

The only points he left out were the sudden inexplicable pass given to 3 Black Panthers who were about to be sentenced for interfering with white voters access to a polling place.
The firing of a white I.G. for investigating a crooked Black Sacramento Black Mayor who contributed to Obama's campaign.

I have little respect for Glenn Beck but sadly none at all for Obama.
I did notice that suddenly people who are denying the truth and facts of Obama's racism on TV are saying how can he be a racist he's half white.
What half white? When did that happen? Upto now all we ever heard was black this first black that. Now out of no where is this shocking revelation that because he's "half white" he can't be a racist. Are these people even thinking before they speak.
Sgt. Crowley we know by inference according to the statements of both Prof. Gates and Obama is a racist for doing his job in the beginning because he's a white man dealing with a black man and we know that makes him a racist. But now a miracle has occurred and to be half white means you can't be racist but to be all white makes you racist automatically.
Oh my God and we were here now to witness this miracle before our very eyes. I have to ask should we prepare ourselves for the next miracle in some special way or just sit back and wait see on the evening news how Obama was able to feed the hungry multitudes of the world with a couple loaves of bread and a few fish? Or wait for the video on You Tube of him crossing the English Channel on foot?

Is Obama a racist? Sorry God, HELL yes!

Okay so you won't answer my questions. Wright was becoming too controversial because his high profile. It's normal for politicians to let go of people who might damage the campaign.

What specifically did Obama lie about?

So how does listening to a preacher meet any of those 3 clauses?

His wife hates whitey? Explain this where has she shown a hatred for white people? When did she think America is a mean country? Again if she had that belief that America is a mean country how would it meet those three clauses above? How would it apply to Barack?

Where did Obama say he didn't think reparations didn't do enough do you have that speech?

Well why don't you tell us what the phrase social justice means since you've already made your conclusion?

Do you have the link that was on the campaign website maybe a screen capture?

are these the (9) questions you refer to?

i never said obama was a racist, i said i don't know and i don't care

i have no real interest in psychoanalyzing his wife, either, she said what she said, it's pretty self explanatory

the reparations and social justice debates, likewise, are for, with or vs some other friends of ours, i believe, not me

as for my 2 questions, why stab his mentor in the back, the man from whom he got the title for his first book, audacity of hope, the man about whom a couple weeks prior to politically assassinating him obama said---i could no more turn my back on him than i could abandon my community (part of which, presumably, includes his dear gramma, the typical white person):

no, i strongly and respectfully must disagree with you, it is not "normal" to turn so viciously on someone who has been so close, very few pols have been so stupid as to put themselves in such a spot

as for the lie obama repeated to the american people during the campaign over and over again, i'm surprised you must ask:

he either knew exactly what was going on for 20 years in his GD church of chickens roosting, the one that supplied him with the title for his first book, audacity of hope

or else he's a total idiot

or both

If you never implied he was a racist why even post the talking points that you did? Again I asked you what she said that you thought made her hate "whitey". What is it she said?

Obviously you don't know how politicians work. It is normal practice for them to disassociate themselves from people who become controversial. Look at Palin she quickly distanced herself from the Alaska Independence Party and no one seemed to give a big stink about that yet they focus on a preacher.

You're generalizing what was the specific lie and quote? Again you're not giving any specifics but rather generalizations with the conclusions you've already come to

Well, let's see:

He spent 20 years listening to an obviously racist pasture, that he called his mentor

His wife hates whitey. She thinks America is a mean country

He's opposed to reperations, because he doesn't think reperations will, "do enough".

In a fracus between a black and a white, he automatically sided with the black guy, two seconds after admitting he didn't know all the facts. He assumed that the white cop was int he wrong, right away.

He's spoken more than once about, "social justice". I wonder what that could mean.

Sounds awfully racist, to me. But, it's not PC to say that about a black dude, is it?

There was a link to the Black Panther's website on his campaign website. That's like a white guy putting a link to the KKK on his campaign site.

This post is filled with hyperbole and drastically exaggerated talking points.

*Claims he never heard him say anything racist, and even if he did doesn't make him a racist himself.

*She never said America is a bad country. Why are you lying. Don't you conservatives believe that you burn in hell or something for lying?

*If you're going to lie about something at least learn how to spell. What he meant is that dumping a bunch of money on blacks won't fix the problem created by slavery and Jim Crow. And he's right.

*He didn't know all the fact, that's right. I don't know all the facts about what happened in Nazi Germany, doesn't mean I can't take sides. To be arrested for what gates was charged with, you have to be on public property, which he wasn't(He could have been arrested with disturbing the peace but he wasn't). Obama could have went off that. I don't know. But just because you make a judgment without the facts doesn't mean your racist. Thousands of whites sided with the professor, I suppose their self loathing.

*Of course, everyone who ever talks about social justice is OBVIOUSLY a racist :spin:

*Oh the typical "PC doesn't let me say this card". Almost used as much as the race card, which you're also pulling(out of your arse)

Oh this too much.

While I agree a mixed person can hate their own race, it's unlikely.

And your comment on "first black" is laughable.

When people call him the first black president, they're saying "This is the first who black enough to be hurt by it, that became president"

When they're talking about racism against white they're saying "Why would someone with a white mother be racist?"

huh?

we are really talking past each other, friend

i don't imply, i state

i never said a word about obama's lovely bare armed bride

i simply asked 2 questions---why throw his mentor under the bus, why lie about his awareness of what went on in church for 20 years?

LOL!

it might be normal practice for losers to disassociate, but winners don't put themselves in such spots in the first place

ms palin is not president, she's not even a governor anymore

specifically, the LIE obama repeated time and again---his claim that he did not know what was going on in the GD church of chickens roosting

i thought i made that clear---???

respectfully, cliff

I think you people are simply having a difficult time dealing with reality. Boo..f**king...hoo the black guy won, now get it over it. For you people crying and whining about Obama being racist, here is a bit of advice. Go seek mental health counseling if you can not yourself overcome your own projections. Boo hoo America is going to be no longer you white supremacist dream, get over it or GET THE F**K OUT. Go to Russia, go to some god damn island in the Pacific, or go shoot yourself in the head in your little Montana militia bunkers. The conclusions drawn have only pointed to one reality, and that is we still have a sizable number of people who are so intimidated by skin color.

Surprised? Not really when we have a bunch of twats that can not even recognize their own problems with people of color. But I do applaud this simple little fact. As current trends continue, Texas will soon become a diehard blue state. The Republican party will soon be a regional minority party that will no longer be included in Presidential and national debates. So keep up the good work, keep propping up nutjobs like Palin, Jindal, Perry, Limbaugh, Malkin, Hannity, and Coulter

Are you freaking kidding? Because I think that Obama is a racist I'm a white supremacist? Get off your high horse.

Are you freaking kidding? Because I think that Obama is a racist I'm a white supremacist? Get off your high horse.

Did I say you are a white supremacist? No. Did I say you have some obvious problems dealing with racial issues? You bet. Do you have problems with honesty, or self observation? Probably so.

Your problem is simple, you are uncomfortable, or fearful, of the nature of this country in regards to race. That is obvious. It is obvious because when you begin to draw conclusions that are so extravagantly incorrect. When you take the smallest little thing, twist it around and blow it up tenfold, the only obvious conclusion is that you have deep issues manifesting themselves. So deal with it, and learn to deal with the fact this nation is not the lily-white paradise you grew up dreaming of.

^^No, not at all. I don't mind that the president is black. It doesn't bother me at all. What bothers me is his belief in affirmative action.

I got a question for all the white folks. Is calling Barack Obama a black man arrogant of us?

He's half white and you don't see African-American's calling him white.

How come, somebody who is half-white is black and somebody who is half-black, is, well, black?

Is it like in order to be one of "us" white people, the individual has to be "genetically pure?" Is that our message?

Isn't that somewhat arrogant in a weird kinda way?

You have to be kidding me right? So you think he is a racist because he supports affirmative action? Golly jeepers, I am white and in support of A.A., guess I am a racist then?

No doubt about it.

What does that tell you about the society we live in how we view race?

Exactly. That's what I'm trying to say.

Glad somebody picked up on it. :2wave:

As much as we ostracize racism and make efforts to counter it's unfairness it is woven into the very fabric of our society. And underneath the progressive political correctness of shunning racism, it is subliminally alive and well here in the USA. Even amongst the ones who do not realize it and think they are above it.

Obama's half white. But the whites don't claim him as one of theirs, racially. He ain't white unless he's white, right?

Obama's half black. The blacks welcome that with open arms and proudly proclaim his as a black man.

Isn't that a bit warped how it all works out? Really. The message is as arrogant as arrogant can be.

You presented absolutely nothing to rebut him whatsoever. You just got owned harder than anyone I've seen in a very long time.

Lol you know the ones who are truly racist are the ones who look at Obama and merely see a black man. Why cant white americans see him as white should be the question why does anyone consider him black and a racist?

Oh and the cambridge cop thing they did act stupidly because a cop got suspended for calling Gates a jungle monkey but biased news blogs dont ever talk about that.

no one cares about cambridge cops

all concerned americans, on the other hand, are quite interested in the prez and health care

our leader was a FOOL to interject himself in a story he admitted FIVE TIMES he knew nothing about

on national tv

in a big primetime presser

devoted to the biggest domestic issue this country has faced in decades

in the days of its worst economic crisis

apparently, our idiot white house is not the only entity NOT to get it

oh well

Yes.

Absolutely.

What is Affirmative Action?

Giving preferential treatment, bonuses and exceptions to one group of people based on skin color, while denying same preferential treatment, bonuses and exception to another for not being the preferred skin color.

In other words, it's racism codified into law.

When I see a zebra I see both the black and the white. To claim to see only one is to admit being blind.

Oh, ****. Should I change the metaphor to "tiger" and "black and orange" so the race baiters won't find some hidden racist symbolism in my choice of animal....

....hmmm....giraffe's are kinda yellow and tan, would that be race-neutral? How about a clownfish? that would be fitting for the race-baiters, don't ya think, except that the stripes are the evil white....hmmm....no matter how it's done, the non-race-baiter, the pro-American, the Messiah-Deniah's, we're going to get painted with that ole racist brush if the drones can figure out a way to do it.

So, I guess I'll stick with ZEBRA and to hell with them.

Which black Americans see a white man?

Blacks consider him black. He considers himself black.
Why shouldn't everyone else?
