Amy Cooper, White Woman Who Called Cops On Black Man In Central Park, Is Being Prosecuted

All of that is irrelevant. It’s not making a false report if someone is being creepy and threatening your dog. And self admittedly so.

It’s not illegal to phone police thinking you’re being threatened and being wrong about it.

It’s only illegal to lie, and there’s no evidence she lied. A lie is making a false statement knowing it to be false when you make it.

Then I suggest you contact the people who looked at this since back in May and let them know you've made a decision that out rules their conclusion. Also let them know that when a person marches right up in a persons face that they are in fear.

Be sure to let us know what they reply with.

I honestly don't think she apologized from her heart, she did it out of desperation

You know at this point I really don't care if she apologizes, is charged with a crime, or does what she did again. Call me crazy, but after a couple of months of BLM riots, tearing down statues, total idiocy from the left, I guess I'm too burned out to give a damn any more about what she did that day. I have zero emotions to be outraged by her seeming idiocy as others of way more violent and malicious design are tearing down America and using race as a false pretext for the destruction.

Today race relations are probably at the lowest in this country in 80 years. So no, I haven't anything left in the well to be upset at this stupid kerfuffle in central park over dogs and bird watching BS.

Yep, don't give a damn.

Well Zimmerman was wrongfully charged to. This is not a valid criminal charge and you know it.

I find it amazing that you are bending over backwards to defend this, well not really since liberalism is based on denying objective reality.

Sure thing buddy...

She said that she was going to call the cops and say "“I’m going to tell them there’s an African American man threatening my life.”"..

You can spin your racist bull**** to others if you like though...

He was African American, and whether he not he threatened her life is a subjective manner. He did in fact threaten her.

Where is the racism here?

Zimmerman wrongly charged... Amy Cooper too... who is next that was wrongly charged?

The cop that killed George Floyd? The two guys that shot the jogger to death too?

He clearly was at least threatening her dog. Her feeling threatened is a subjective feeling.

They clearly had a disagreement that involved an implicit threat from him. She didn’t just randomly phone the police for no reason.
Yeah, I think she DID call
for no reason. She went berserk.

Your attitude here is fairly threatening...

Yeah, I think she DID call
for no reason. She went berserk.

She is a ****ing idiot and so is anybody that condones or defends her actions...

If you say so.

All the battle cries of "if they had just obeyed the law to begin with" have suddenly melted away because this woman felt the law didn't apply to her.

It's the black man who was wrong for asking her to follow the law.

The fact you can't see how stupid that argument is, is beyond words. But as I said, contact the authorities and plead her case.

I’ve done several lengthy and well cited threads on the Floyd incident. It is perfectly reasonable to see Officer Chauvin is being scapegoated. The guys in Georgia is a flip of the coin issue.

He didn’t just ask her to follow the law, he included a threat and acted like a creeper, she called the police to investigate him which they did and found no actionable crime and left.

Just because they didn’t see he committed a crime does not mean she did.

I am quite confident that you think that you are impartial... you are not.

You back racists. If you ever accept this is a journey for you and you alone to understand.

I am very partial... towards the truth

It is simply irrelevant whether or not Cooper is a racist. What she did was not a crime.

And you evidently are incapable of making an objective argument that what she did was so now you’re pretending to be Dr Phil

He asked her to leash her dog. She gave a lame excuse that the "dog needed his exercise" to which he told her she could take him to a nearby area.

And pick any number of "if they just followed the law" incidents over the years. This woman is facing the consequences of her own foolish actions over what was so damn simple to leash the dog and go. Which she has already stated she was in the wrong.

If you see something say nothing. Never call the police.

What did she 'see?' A man asked her to obey the law and leash her dog and she threatened him with the cops.

This is the barely coherent and grammatically inept speech of a man who desperately wants to be able to claim that he "cured coronavirus."

That's it, in a nutshell. When we do get a handle on this crisis, he wants to be able to pull out footage and declare "I called it! I said use this! I said try this! I told them to do this, it was my idea!" He's just doing it with lots of stupid stuff because he doesnt want to miss an opportunity. He's afraid 'the big one' will be mentioned and he wont get credit for it.

It's all about declaring himself the savior of the cv crisis and we'll hear all about it, esp in his campaign. (Which is basically each of his press briefings these days) --- Lursa

Next he will find a white woman who park a car with no handicap sticker in handicap zone. He found another law breaker! So he demands she move the car. She refuses. So he says "do what you want and I'll do what I want, but you're not going to like what I'm going to do to your car."

Next he sees a white woman go into a house that has grass longer than code allows. He's found another law breaker!

Of course, being black and male, he can break all those laws himself at the same - like by giving food to dogs he violates the exact same ordinance that white woman did.

Well, he does like medieval-style autocracy, so there's that.

Hey, Gov :2wave: Hope all is well with you!

Yep, EMN is an example of someone who dreams of a "simpler time" when black people had to use separate water fountains and restrooms.

And women had to submit wholly and completely to their husbands, as broodmares.

Animal poisoning at Central Park is not uncommon and people putting out poison for stray dogs and cats unfortunately is common. One of our cats was poisoned with rat poison about 10 years ago. We know who did it. We can't prove who did it.
Again, animal poisoning in Central Park is common.

Sources? Granted my years there as a park ranger are quite in the past but there were NO such cases when I worked there for 3 yrs.

And how did your cat get rat poison in Central ParK? Yes, rat poison might be used in buildings.

Pretty simple really. Don't go into a dog must be leashed area with an unleashed dog. And when someone points out your dog is suppose to be on a leash? Don't throw back some bs of "he needs his exercise" crap. Leash your dog (as required by law) and go about your day.

Or go dick move, don't put your dog on a leash, go Karen entitled mode, lose your job and deal with the aftermath. She chose that second route.
You, like so many others, are leaving out critical points. Specifically, his statement that he's "going to do what [he] wants and [she's] not going to like it." Sound like a pretty big "dick move" to me. And that's before he tries luring her dog away with treats.

Why do you lie?

I’ve never said that.

I’ve said we should go back to Christian monarchy and more people would be happy as devoutly religious peasants.

I’ve never advocated for segregated facilities.

Are you included in the "devoutly religious peasants?" That would make you happy in life?

She admits she mistook his words. We can also see for ourselves she's not in some fearful frenzy when he starts recording. Not to mention she marches right up in his face while dragging the dog. When people fear someone that's not the action they take. The most obvious option to have avoided all this is to first obey leash laws and second if someone points out the law then correct the issue and walk away.

For some reason that seems foreign to a couple of people on this thread and the others on this topic over the past couple of months.

You left out the part where he threatened her

Again, what does that mean? You’re just making up stuff

It is simply irrelevant whether or not Cooper is a racist. What she did was not a crime.

Sure was... threatening to call the police on a person for being a certain color is a crime... Don't give a **** if you can not or will not understand this. Then there is the fact that she was committing animal abuse almost the entire time choking out her dog to the point where it tried to bite her. She is a scum bag and so is any person that thinks how she acted was not a crime on some level.

Bye.

She said that after she got mobbed on social media and lost her job. Which wasn’t enough vengeance for the black Revenge leagues
