The dog has been taken from her.

Again, the video doesn't show what actually started this. There is something that troubles me in the story. It said he carried dog treats to give to dogs: " He keeps dog treats on hand for noncompliant pet owners, he said, and tried to toss one to the dog."
So he's a "Karen" going around the park trying to induce in dogs off a lease with treats so he can then go harass the owner. He is not a man who just minds his own business and instead made himself a Central Park cop, which he's not. Nor do I see the dog off a lease like he claims. Where is the first part of the video - so we actually know what happened?
I would very much not care from someone trying to tempt my dog away for who-knows-what-purpose with dog treats - which I NEVER gave my dog. Maybe he poisons the dogs given he decided his life's purpose is to clear Central Park of dogs not on a lease. Maybe he's an animal abuser who lures off dogs with treats to harm them. They aren't for defense since an attacking dog isn't going to stop for a little dog treat. What was his real motive? What did he do and say before the video starts?
Would you let a stranger who is harassing you over your dog give your dog anything to eat? I wouldn't.
This is what white people need to remember:
1. Never call the police on any black person
2. If an unknown black adult approaches you, get away from that person ASAP anyway possible for your legal, reputation, employment and otherwise defense - since you dare not actually defend yourself nor dare call the police.
What is she charged with? It's his word against hers as to whether he made any threats.
If HE thought she was breaking the lease-law, HE should have called the police rather than declaring he is the police and harassing people like he admits he does. When did he become a Central Park cop?
Every day there is knee jerk reaction on a highly edited video so we never see what actually started the incident or what happened after - just a tiny edited tidbit with ranting over that tidbit. Where's the entire video?
