Joe Biden Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Senate Aide In 1993

So after we've had some time to experience and digest this news cycle relating to the accusations against Biden, I feel I should point out the obvious double standards here:

>Sanders gets accused of saying a woman couldn't win without evidence.

>Media presumes guilt despite pretty much the entirety of his career undermining the credibility of that accusation, says we should 'believe women' etc and so on.

>There is demonstrable evidence of Bloomberg being obviously misogynistic.

>Media makes excuses for and minimizes said demonstrable misogyny, only ever really giving it a second look when Warren forced them to by demolishing him live on television.

>Biden gets hit with a credible accusation that does have some alignment with his past, hands-on behaviour.

>Media relentlessly hammers Tara Reede as being not credible, comes up with every conceivable excuse not to believe her no matter how tenuous, suddenly doesn't think we should believe women anymore.

Amazing how much credibility one loses when your story keeps changing, you vehemently support the politician who lost to the guy you are accusing and you write an article fawning over Vladimir Putin.

What story changed?

My position and account of this has not changed one iota.

If you're talking about Tara, changing her story isn't grounds for dismissal, and her opinion on Vlad, no matter how retarded, doesn't mean she's inherently not right about Biden, nor that her accusations aren't credible.

Also, this doesn't obviate the fact that MSM media such as CNN and MSNBC in this electoral cycle thus far, has always been dismissive of accusations pointing to abuse of women/misogyny when it was contrary to their political preferences despite the existence of evidence (as per Bloomberg), but have been uncritically supportive of them when those accusations happened happen to be aligned with their preferences despite a complete dearth of evidence (as in the case of Sanders). If the media was consistent about their standard, they would treat Tara's accusations against Biden as seriously as they treated Warren's against Sanders (who also had political motives to trash him).

Pretty much.

:hm

They are misinformed on election strategy. It's not an insult to say someone took bad advice from bad actors.

So what's Bernie's strategy to win the 3 blue states that gave Trump the election in 2016? How was he going to convince those 4.4 mostly black Obama voters to come vote for him, when they didn't even support him in the primaries?

Joe Biden Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Senate Aide In 1993 | HuffPost The bolded above is the most disturbing part to me. The cult-like behavior Biden stans have to bully and silence a potential victim of sexual assault is abhorrent and should be condemned.

I'm inclined to wait for more investigation. The timing is just too perfect: Trump needs a boost. Tara's allegations are just in time to provide the distraction Perfectly timed to hurt Biden at the Democratic Convention and give the nomination to easier to beat Bernie, but not so early that the public gets bored or the Democrats can do a research for the truth. Republicans are old hands at using a sex scandal for political purposes. It's not hard to visualize the RNC around a table planning the campaign, saying, " time to cue the bimbo".

Just say you don't actually care about sexual assault and move on.

Well the right doesn't and apparently that's what people want in a President.

I'm not a fan of Biden , but do you really want to make the campaign about sexual indiscretions? Because there's plenty of that to go around.

Biden = rapist/pedophile/corrupt/dementia etc.

So it's a race to the bottom! Just what we all wanted out of a President!

Seriously, Trump supporters want to talk about Biden being a creepy old man?

Can you imagine a Trump supporter calling his opponent racist/pedofile/corrupt/dementia.... I mean, talk about hypocrisy. If there is some award for it, Mongidig needs to get the lifetime trophy for it. Trump is a lifelong racist, a man that pervs on his own daughter, and a man who's mind has deteriorated to the point where his vocabulary consists of about 30 words.

LOL...

If this is a republican tactic, they learned it from the democrats.

Democrats = No longer care about women being sexually assaulted

Yu-up. Now do you see what Conservatives are talking about when we say that the media is willing to pick sides and run interference for "their side"?

I mean I've known it since the beginning; you don't need to persuade me.

I don't think MSNBC/CNN are quite as bad in terms of churning out de facto propaganda as Fox, but they're still blatantly partisan, obviously play favourites, and their political biases inform their framing and reporting.

I'm sorry, you're hanging your hat on Joe Rogan's opinion why? Shall I point to previous Republican voters that will vote for Biden over Trump? Does that mean anything Trix? You are really getting pathetic and desperate with your posts.

Take your feeble complaints up with the owners of DP Forum and be sure to tell them Trix's opinions are hurting your feelings.

He's not complaining. He's ripping your stupid post to shreads.

Naw instead I’ll just keep pointing out the obvious that your posts are worthless that you pin your hopes on a joe Rogan comment as if that means anything and we laugh at your comments :lamo

Joe Biden has done more damage to me and my generation than anyone I can think of. Between the bank deregulations, crime bill, and his support of the Iraq war he bankrupted, imprisoned, and crippled people I call friends and family. He hasn't served anyone but corporations.

And Trump does?
