Bernie essentially is getting crushed by Biden, but yet you view him as a stronger candidate able to defeat Trump any way, so what evidence are you basing your posts on?

I know you know this isn't True. Trump wouldn't even have been elected president if Republicans didn't despise Obama so much. If Obama doesn't become president, neither does Trump.

The fact of the matter is that the broader public see conveniently timed reports of sexual misconduct like this as being political hit-jobs. Back in 1992 when a few women came out and accused Clinton of sexual misconduct in the weeks leading up to the primary, it seemed to only strengthen him. People saw the reports as an attempt to dupe them out of an honest election. The same thing happened years later with Trump. I warned progressives that opening up a clown car of every Jane that said Trump touched her would look like a political hit-job, and if you talk to many suburban women that voted for Trump and are now voting against him, they will tell you that's exactly how they saw (and still see) many of the accusations.

I said this stuff during the Kavanaugh debacle and caught some ****, but it's true. Propping up any person that crawled out from under a rock as being credible, even we know they have a political ax to grind, really hurts our cause in a big way. Frankly, the #MeToo movement has been weaponized in a way that turns many women off, and we need to stop being tone deaf to those women caring about vetting the facts of each accusation.

The DNC created a monster in allowing the progressive movement to get them to take absurd positions like "believe all accusers" and "reparations for slavery".

In fairness, there was more than a few women that came out with allegations against Trump (what is it, like 25 now?) and with Trump there's a long pattern of this type of behavior, including him even claiming on tape that women would let him sexually assault them because of who he is. But I agree with the gist of what you're saying.

Democratic Primary's are insular to Democrats. The general election will include Independents (Bernie beats both Biden and Trump with them.). So, there's one piece of evidence.

Biden also trails Trump by some 30 points among people who are "enthusiastic supporters". That is a red flag. Biden recorded the least enthusiastic support of any Democratic nominee. Even worse than Clinton, who had the glass ceiling going for her.

There's also the evidence that Democrats lost in 2016 running a female version of Biden. The country has been hurt by neoliberalism. You're taking a huge risk running ANOTHER Obama legacy campaign when the first one you ran failed.
