Clint Eastwood, a Former Trump Voter, Endorses Bloomberg for President

Now I suppose Trump never liked Clint anyway, and there was that time that Clint begged Trump to help him get a movie made but Trump wouldn't do it, and Clint is dumb as a box of rocks.

Or something like that.

You forgot lousy actor with bad ratings.

lol, oh yes, you got it.

*goes to see if Trump has said that yet, because it sounds just like him*

Clint Eastwood has revealed that he no longer is a supporter of Donald Trump after voting for him in the 2016 presidential election.
The 89-year-old actor and director, who also supported Mitt Romney during the 2012 election, is now endorsing Michael Bloomberg for president.
“The best thing we could do is just get Mike Bloomberg in there,” he said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal. Eastwood says that he approves of “certain things” that Trump has done as president, but he would have liked to see him do it “in a more genteel way, without tweeting and calling people names. I would personally like for him to not bring himself to that level.”.

This is quite interesting. But it may hurt Bloomberg more than help. Or maybe not. Bloomberg isn't giving up for sure.

I love Clint, he is my favorite Western actor of all time. His advice on politics? Who cares?

For a long time now I consider Clint Eastwood to be a national treasure for his work in the film industry. Very few people have had the lengthy and excellent career he has had.

While I am a progressive in many things, I think Eastwood has more than earned the right to his political views and I have no trouble separating those from his work.
