I reiterate that at this thread and topic we're dealing with a birdbrain.

Elaine McCusky received a couple of prestigious awards for her work at the Pentagon which I am confident made her a target of the Putin-Trump Wrecking Ball & Crew that includes their Rowers and that have been smashing through the US Government during this presidency of sabotage.
