It was not a troll post. You just did not understand what Moot was driving at. Do you really need such a simple post explained to you? Just because you did not understand (or wanted to run from Moots post) does not make it a troll post.

If you truly thought that Moots post broke the rules you should have reported it.

No, Obo...I was referring to the OP...which you obviously didn't bother to read. For if you had then you would've known that Giuliani was trying to get approval for Shokin's visa to the US. That's what some of the text messages in the OP were about. So why are you on this thread if you didn't bother to read the OP?

Quid pro quo. The corrupt Ukraine prosecutors wanted the US Ambassador fired....and Trump wanted corrupt prosecutors to dig up dirt on Biden. Since it wasn't part of US foreign policy, the career diplomats wanted nothing to do with it...so Giuliani created some back channels using Parnas and Furman as go betweens.

It's notable that these folks decided that they needed to create a particular articulable reason for removing the ambassador.
Why were they unwilling to simply state that it was no longer the president's pleasure that she serve?

It seems super straight forward and simple.
Why would they decide that they needed to create a cover story?

The folks that wanted her removed were the corrupt former Ukraine prosecutors. Trump only decided to remove her after he realized he could get something out of it...such as dirt on Biden.

After Trump called for her removal and Pompeo didn't do anything...that's when Parnas said he realized that people in the Trump administration didn't always obey Trump's orders. So the question is, why didn't the State Department remove her...after all, Pompeo was her boss and he took his orders from Trump? And if Trump had the authority to remove her for any reason at all...then why did he need to smear her for almost a year before she was finally removed? That's not just shady...it's also vindictive and cruel.
