An expert witness in Wednesday’s House Judiciary Committee impeachment hearing riffed on the name of the president’s teen son, Barron — drawing a swift and forceful rebuke from the Trump campaign.“Contrary to what President Trump has said, Article 2 [of the Constitution] does not give him the power to do anything he wants,” testified Pamela Karlan, a professor at Stanford Law School. “The Constitution says there can be no titles of nobility, so while the president can name his son Barron, he can’t make him a baron.”

Actually that was pretty funny, I always looked at his name like sue and he should kick his dad's ass for naming him that.

It would be funny as hell if one of the times the Donald is boarding airforce one with an umbrella over his head when his wife and son are three steps behind without umbrellas.

It would be great if Barron grabbed him and through him down the steps.

Everytime I see it happening you can tell he's thinking about it...

I knew her fairly well in College-she had a crush on one of my suitemates and thus was at our suite fairly often..Her father was the Chairman or CEO of Newsweek-so she came from a very privileged background. She was an excellent student, and very bright. It is sad to see here get this bitter. She was a kind person in college. I wouldn't have predicted this sort of bitterness.

The last time I saw her was when she came to Cincinnati around 2001 to present the William Howard Taft lecture in constitutional law at the U of Cincinnati Law school. She was talking about Gore v Bush and how if felons had been able to vote in Florida (her project was getting felons their rights to vote back) Gore would have won. At some point, she came out of the closet, which was interesting because she had a crush on one of my suitemates Didn't see that coming. But I saw her testimony and the bitterness was far more than I would have expected
