Attorney General Barr accuses the left of systemic "sabotage" of Trump administration

Oh boo hoo. Trump is going to get acquitted in the Senate anyway, at which point he'll basically be free to stuff ballot boxes personally...and on live television.

He'll have to stuff as fast as Dem "ballot harvesters" create them.

Barr's absolutely right. It's good to see someone with the nads to stand up to those deep state bastards.

Democrats made Trump do all this bad stuff?
Democrats made Trump hire all these campaign crooks, most of which are indicted or in jail now?
Democrats made Trump hire Flynn, when Democrats warned Trump Flynn was compromised AND Flynn was already under federal investigation?!?
Democrats made Trump hire Rudy after is other fixer ended up in jail, and made Rudy work with criminals and end up under a criminal probe himself?
Democrats made Trump bend over for Putin time and again, on the stage at Helsinki, etc.?
Democrats made Trump obstruct justice and fire Comey?

I could go on, you get the idea. Trump makes his bed, and like a big boy we'll tuck him in.

Barr...a Trump stooge, a confused legal mind, while he's globe-trotting to help Trump politically, has the nerve to sling some more Repulican poo at Democrats...funny stuff.

President Trump will be finished with the White House in Jan 2025 and then head for Mar-a-Lago
to retire!
Could be. If he loses 2020, it does seem like he'll be indicted.

Attorney General Bill Barr accused congressional Democrats Friday of "using every tool" to "sabotage" the Trump administration by setting a "dangerous" precedent in implying that the government is illegitimate.

During a speech at the Federalist Society's dinner in Washington, Barr took aim at the "resistance," accusing liberal lawmakers of attacking the very foundations of the Constitution.

"I deeply admire the American presidency as a political and constitutional institution," he began. "Unfortunately over the past several decades, we have seen a steady encroachment on executive authority by the other branches of the government."

Barr said the "avalanche of subpoenas" and constant attempt to derail appointments by the Trump administration have only served to "incapacitate" the executive branch.

"Immediately after President Trump won the election, opponents inaugurated what they called the "resistance" and they rallied around an explicit strategy of using every tool and maneuver to sabotage the functioning of the executive branch and his administration."

The Federalist Society is about as Deep State as they come...the bastards.

I only have one thing to say to pig-face Barr

Way to keep it classy.

The left and what they do! They know they are losing each day and will lose the election in 2020!
That is why they act out like this. All emotions and zero fact. That's what you are seeing here! :lamo:peace

Most have lost their minds.
AG Barr is 100% correct... The angry House Democrats have set up a dangerous precedent trying to undermine the will of Trump voters.

His comments mentioned above were just part of what AG Barr had to say in his speech at the Federalist Society. In total it was a primer about the Constitution and its branches of government and how it has gone off the rails due to overreach of all branches and in some cases the tearing down the Constitutional authorities particularly the Executive branch. He spoke a lot in regard to the Executive Branch.

It was excellent.

I will post it here as I have in another thread.

The Federalist Society is about as Deep State as they come...the bastards.

And what part of the government does it belong to?

Silly stuff! The Federalist Society is not government! But don't want to spoil your nice little rant! :lamo

If you want to make for an interesting thread on here, you need to start by quoting someone with a hint of personal integrity. You picked Barr instead.

Got nothing so attack Barr!

can you post the source link for that fantastic gif? I tried copying it to my desktop but it did not work. Love this.

Ahh, bless his pea pickin little heart. He deeply admires the American presidency...but nothing else, apparently.

Trump wants Barr to publicly defend him on Ukrainegate...but he still seems to be keeping his distance on that one. I can't help but wonder if his speech at the Federalist Society had something to do with the animated discussion he had with Trump seen through the WH window earlier that day. Because his dribble seems more intended to prove his loyalty and appease Trump than it was to enlighten the Federalist Society.

"seen through the WH window"? Is that better than or as good as 4th hand or simply something to build an article of impeachment with?
"Because his dribble" ... is that a sports metaphor of some kind, a reference to Barr as an infant, or did you mean "drivel"

But on what I think was your major point, I suspect Barr might be referring to what he believes will be found in the as yet unreleased investigations by Horowitz and Dunham.

Tell that to the SCOTUS...five of it's judges are members. If that's not government, then what is?

MSNBC has a video of what looks like a heated argument between Barr and Trump seen through a WH window. Later that same day Barr gave a speech praising the presidency and demonizing his opponents. So go figure.

Dribble is synonymous with spittle...

Now you learned something new...yay.

Oh. Then it was just a poor word choice. Okay.
Can you give the link to the MSNBC video of the heated argument? I couldn't find it.

Stooge says what stoogemaster tells stooge to say, news at 11.

I can't help but still be amazed that anyone thinks quoting the opinion one of Trump's stooge utters about Trump is evidence of anything other than their stoogedom.

Extra credit: if he claims the meanyhead libruls are saying the administration is "illegitimate", he is lying. Trump won the election. Trouble is that he is an utterly corrupt pig bastard who cannot seem to stop himself from committing crimes while surrounding himself with criminals.

Has any president had as many people around him go to jail during his term?

Hell, has any president had as many people around him go to jail at any point after his term?

stooges gotta stooge

We didn't need Barr to tell us what we have witnessed over the last 3 years.

We didn't need Barr to tell us what we have witnessed over the last 3 years.

Witnessed? I'm not convinced a single one of Trump's defenders witnessed anything, seeing as every last one says the same damn thing and if I scout accounts of RW media from the night before/current RW opinion pieces, etc., I find that they are all just repeating what some talking head spewed about "the left." They even use the exact same phrases. They stop using those phrases and use new ones the moment RW media shifts.

So no, you didn't need Barr. Barr was just saying the same thing RW media is saying, and he's doing it because he's the stooge Trump wished Sessions was. But no...you didn't look at the full scope of facts, look at reporting on both left-lean and right-lean sources, and then determine what it was you were witnessing. You just ran with whatever the Hannity types said.
